Good job - I would however have appreciated if they had left the documentation that came with the unit & and was probably discarded to see what maintenance is recommended for the unit & warranty details. All I have is a rain damaged booklet on the control unit. I have used New Age to install 4 air-conditioning units & the undamaged documentation has been provided on previous occasions. Could you please look after the paperwork for the $200 credit. Regards John 0427 799927
