I ordered and received an air cooler that didn't do much so I returned it. They received it mid June (have fedex receipt to prove it) but as of today, 7/14, they still have not refunded me. I have contacted them numerous times and they keep saying they will let their supervisor know. I will be calling my credit card company to get the money back since they won't give it to me.
