“BAD Customer Service & Shipping!
Been trying to get my 14000 btu air conditioner replaced for almost a year now. It was shipped thru Fed Ex and arrived damaged. Appeared as though the flimsy box was dropped, damaging the product inside. Terrible customer service. It’s been a year and I’m still trying to get the unit replaced. They offered me a less expensive unit and I said no. They’ve told me numerous times it was being shipped, still nothing. It was promised again the beginning of Feb and supposedly being shipped now, hopefully not damaged again. I would not buy again from this company!”
“Worth every penny! Saved us in the dry July, August heat of Las Vegas. Only improvement I could suggest is that there be a place on BOTH sides to add water. Bought on a Holiday so delivery took an extra day. We LOVE it!!”
“I ordered and received an air cooler that didn't do much so I returned it. They received it mid June (have fedex receipt to prove it) but as of today, 7/14, they still have not refunded me. I have contacted them numerous times and they keep saying they will let their supervisor know. I will be calling my credit card company to get the money back since they won't give it to me.”
