Signage can be a bit confusing for a first time user. On departure the first barrier we put our ticket in kept saying we owed £85 even though we had payed in advance. Had to reverse and use the other barrier which caused a bit of hassle with other drivers.
Very awkward to stow large cases on the terminal shuttle bus.
