“Really efficient Check in and Security. On return it took 25 minutes from landing to getting back to the car. Only downside is the cost of parking which i find is very expensive and inconsistent in cost. There also should be many more disabled car parking spaces nearer to the terminal”

“I booked and paid for parking in advance. I was disappointed that I was then being asked for an additional payment at the exit gate. The matter was sorted out on the intercom, but this situation should not have occurred.”

“I am giving 3 stars purely because the staff were so helpful; otherwise, I would have given 1 star. When we returned from our holiday and drove to the exit barrier, the machine displayed a charge of over £300. Once you reach the barrier, you can't reverse because other vehicles are behind you. We went to the office, but they couldn't find our booking on their system, even though I have proof of my booking confirmation and all the emails. Thankfully, the staff were very understanding and let us out without making us pay. The staff were excellent, but seeing a £300 charge on the machine at the end of our holiday was very upsetting and completely overshadowed what had otherwise been a good experience.”

“Travelling long haul is tiring and to be able to park my car so close to the airport made my return journey so much easier. It was marvellous to walk out of the terminal, take a few steps , load my car and proceed home with minimal fuss. An excellent service which I would definitely use again.”
