“Newcastle is the most convenient airport for us, and the car park was very close to the teminal building. However, I was travelling with my wife who has Multiple Sclerosis, and all the disabled spots were taken at the time we arrived. So we were circling for a while as the normal parking bays were very tight. I managed to park eventually, but she had to get out of the car before I parked, otherwise she couldn't have been able to get out. I suggest offering a bre-booking option for disabled bays so those who need it will be guaranteed to find one.”

“Always try to fly from Newcastle if possible as the arrangements for checking in, bag drops and security are always (in my opinion) seamless. Always plenty of staff and the place is very well maintained. The Meet & Greet parking is a must as they look after your car keys and the car is slways waiting nearby on return. Brilliant service.”

“We used the park and fly nearest the airport where your car is taken on arrival and returned on your return . It is so easy and very accessible . The staff are ever so helpful and friendly . Thank you to them .”

“The best airport ever! Small and cosy (compared to Gatwick or Manchester!) Always get through passport control/bag check quickly and the Car Park is BRILLIANT. We always pay the extra, to be directly outside, and that's exactly where you are; bang outside the entrance. Wonderful set up.”

“Good, but price's are on the rise for no difference in service and quality of service. Used long stay parking for years and when first started price for 10 days was £35, there is no difference in service or quality of service, so why us it now £90 -£100 for u days?”
