“A poor experience all round. I'd pre booked so thought it would be straight forward. Not so. My wife has a bad back but doesn't have to much need of assistance. On that morning the weather was poor and she was in more pain than usual so I wanted to drop her as close to the entrance as possible. This is virtually impossible. I dropped her as close as possible but then had difficulty in the car park and had to come back out, meaning I had to pay at the barrier. I finally got in again and got a space. Quite frustrating and time consuming and not cheap - A poor experience all round.”

“it was ice cold and we managed to find a space quite far away .we seen the bus at a distance , waited at the designated stop for quite a while and so hold and too long walked stop to stop all the way to the airport when we seen the bus just sitting there , lights on but no driver . very expensive for not getting the prescribed most important service .our understanding is that busses come regularly as a shuttle and this did not happen .does one get a part refund for that to be fair , I would like to escalate this”

“This was the first time I had used the long stay car park at the airport and when we went to phone to as for the courtesy coach to pick us up. The first two shelters wren't working. We walked to the nnext car park and the phone there was working. We had the same driver bith going and on our return and I have to say he was great. Very friendly and helpful and his smiling face was very welcome when we retyrned home.”

“Excellent service, easy to book parking, I prefer Short Stay 1 as it is very convenient. Never any hassle if your flight is delayed or diverted, if there is a problem you can call into the office and the staff will sort things out with a smile.”

“Newcastle airport is easy to navigate round. The standard of cleanliness and tidiness is usully very good.If anything there needs to be some more seating areas for waiting for flights once through security. The long stay parking is easy to find, well signed and not too far from the terminal bulding and has frequent pick up buses what time you get parked there.”
