“Lost a star because I thought it was very expensive this time for a weeks parking @ £159.99 - since returning home we have been looking into a private taxi from Carlisle to Newcastle Airport and considering what we paid they are actually working out much the same or slightly cheaper considering on top of parking charges, we had fuel, looking after our keys while away, driving when tied if an early/ late flight”

“The meet and greet service couldn’t have been any better for us. It’s so easy to book and even easier to use. Drive in, park the car outside the building, hand over your car key and walk straight into the airport terminal. Collecting your car upon return is just as easy, walk out the arrivals section of the airport straight into the car park reception, you’ll be handed your car key and told which bay you car is parked in. Simple and very effective. Would recommend and will use again.”

“I recently used the Meet & Greet parking service at Newcastle Airport and was extremely impressed from start to finish. The whole process was quick, straightforward and completely hassle-free. On arrival, the staff were friendly, professional and explained everything clearly, making the handover of the car very easy. The location is ideal, just a short walk to the terminal, which made travelling with luggage much more convenient. On our return, the car was ready and waiting, allowing us to get on the road within minutes. The vehicle was returned exactly as we left it, giving us complete peace of mind. The service saved a lot of time and removed the stress of airport parking. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Newcastle Airport Meet & Greet again and would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient, reliable and well-organised parking service. A first-class experience from beginning to end.”

“Parking is good but sometimes waiting for a shuttle bus is quicker walking I think the price for 4 days or 7 days is the same price which I feel unfair it should be a daily rate to make it fair”

“I always chose to park with Newcastle Airport. All car park options are easy to get to and well signalled. I used to use the long stay and the bus was always good going round. I use either premium long stay or short stay 2 for the locations and the prices are always so good and often receive discount codes through email”

“Newcastle is the most convenient airport for us, and the car park was very close to the teminal building. However, I was travelling with my wife who has Multiple Sclerosis, and all the disabled spots were taken at the time we arrived. So we were circling for a while as the normal parking bays were very tight. I managed to park eventually, but she had to get out of the car before I parked, otherwise she couldn't have been able to get out. I suggest offering a bre-booking option for disabled bays so those who need it will be guaranteed to find one.”
