“This was the first time I had used the long stay car park at the airport and when we went to phone to as for the courtesy coach to pick us up. The first two shelters wren't working. We walked to the nnext car park and the phone there was working. We had the same driver bith going and on our return and I have to say he was great. Very friendly and helpful and his smiling face was very welcome when we retyrned home.”

“Excellent service, easy to book parking, I prefer Short Stay 1 as it is very convenient. Never any hassle if your flight is delayed or diverted, if there is a problem you can call into the office and the staff will sort things out with a smile.”

“Newcastle airport is easy to navigate round. The standard of cleanliness and tidiness is usully very good.If anything there needs to be some more seating areas for waiting for flights once through security. The long stay parking is easy to find, well signed and not too far from the terminal bulding and has frequent pick up buses what time you get parked there.”

“Easy and straightforward to use, with good access and clear organisation. However, the parking is very expensive, and there are no really viable alternative options near the airport, so it doesn’t feel like much of a choice. Would be good to see pricing reviewed or better value offered.”
