“Arrived at Newcastle airport on a Thursday morning, and followed badly signed directions for long stay parking. Then when we found it, Every parking area we passed had ‘CLOSED’ or ‘FULL’ signs. Even though we could see spaces. Also empty parking areas were closed off. By then we were virtually heading for the exit. We doubled back and went in a ‘NO ENTRY’ area where we could see spaces. Very annoyed and hoping not to have a parking fine to contend with on our return, we left the car. There thankfully was not an issue and we exited with our card. But I will NOT be using this car park again.”

“Booked parking months before flight and was a straight forward from start to finish was not expecting the parking to be so busy but found a space and then rang the number on the bus shelter and they sent a bus about 4mins great service on return again bus was full and the next one was about 6 mins great service and drop back at the stop where the car was parked 5* service and will use again”

“Parking works really well for us. With a discount code the price is often cheaper than a taxi. We have had a couple of queries in the past which we have emailed and somebody always gets back to you quickly from admin. Really good service from them!”

“Easy to find. Entrance and exit procedure went according to plan. Only a short distance to terminal building. £80 somewhat pricey for three nights, otherwise would have been a five star rating.”

“Booking and exiting the barrier worked well. On the down side, we arrived back in the dark and found it difficult to find our zone as everything is poorly lit and, as far as we could tell, no map board to point you in the direction of your zone. More lighting around zone letters and map boards would be helpful.”
