“The staff at the long stay parking were excellent! As I arrived at the airport my passenger window dropped and would not go back up. I bodged a cover for it with a cut up freezer bag to give some shelter from the rain while I was away. I informed security just incase someone thought I had been broken in to and when I returned they had tape polythene over the window making it properly water tight. Thank you so much. I can't remember the last time I was so impressed with a company's customer service.”

“Your parking seemed straightforward I parked near the stop B, however little did I know the shelters had a number on them. In return we were lost. Thanks to your driver Tracey she found our car in the long stay car park and even waited to ensure we were at the right spot”

“Meet and greet overall good but it was difficult getting out of the bay where our car had been parked as a big van was parked directly opposite and was longer than the bay. Maybe be more mindful of this.”
