“When we arrived and we booked direct with you this time and normally direct through travel agent ..we parked made our way to bus stop phoned for bus we were greeted with a horrible toned rude man saying bus stop closed not in use walk to other side ,no signs saying closed I said this..he answered in a awful tone and hung up on me ! We payed on your site and when we got back carrier try to charge us again a lovely man from parking office sorted it but really stressful experience”

“Thought I had booked in to the meet and greet but only to find out I had got it wrong the booking service is not so clear to understand/r stand when booking being disabled this was a big issue on arrival at the parking only to be told I had got the booking wrong”
