“When I picked up the car the car seat settings had been reset. Rather than just manually change the seat setting they had reset my programmed setting. It was after midnight and dark and we had had a stressful day and it was very difficult to get the seat into a comfortable condition. Also we found the headlight setting had been altered and I could hardly see the road infront of me. We had to stop the car on the dual carriageway and adjust it.”

“They're always a very helpful team at Newcastle parking. When our return flight was delayed I emailed asking what happens with the ticket which would expire before we arrived the next day. Within a few minutes we received a reply setting out the available options from a real human being! When we got home we could pay the additional £12 at the exit gate, job done !”

“Over priced Parking. Over priced drop offs. Historically scruffy eating and drinking places with tables not cleared but better this year. Absolutely minimal signage in Car Park to locate your car upon arrival, especially at night, further reference points needed.”
