“Paid for Short Stay 2, I have parked here previously without a problem. This time turning up in good time to park, get to the terminal & get checked in Etc. But.... After spending almost 20 mins driving around in circles trying to find a space in Short Stay 2 with several other customers aimlesly driving around looking to get parked too things started to get a little tight time wise & I was stressing out. Several other people had taken to parking in non designated areas as a matter of necessity so as I was getting desperate I had no other alterative than to park on the grass (as per attached Jpeg). My partner & I walked with our cases to the kiosk to inform the two guys in the office of what I had done, I was assured I'd be ok there. So then we rushed off to the terminal stressed & late, not really the start you want to your joiurney.”

“Great booking service. .We parked in the rain and it was dark and on return following a week's holiday couldn't find the car. Perhaps better signs for each area would make it easier. Overall good”

“The car parks are well maintained, just a few minutes walk from the terminal but very expensive to park. If there was an alternative I would consider it.”

“The car parking as always is straight forward in and out. However the buses are not often enough for the size of the long stay, at 4 am we had to walk from the terminal to our car near bus stop 19 this took some time and there was little or no signage to direct us, these two issues could be better.”

“Prices have increased quite a bit, not good value. On some searches the price was the same for one week and 10/14 days? I prepaid but on exit wanted me to pay £320, sorted it but was worried and last thing you want in early hours”
