“It would be better if there was more trolley bays as there was trolleys just left anywhere also I experienced problems again where it asked for £535 to exit car park although i had paid in advance and needed to press button for help”

“Its easy to access and use. However changing the drop off rules has annoyed me as are the red double yellow lines. My loyalty as a local airport has been removed and i will focus on price only going forward.”

“I prepaid for car parking in short stay 1. On leaving the car park the barrier didn't lift and indicated that I needed to pay £330. I pressed the buzzer and must have caught the attendant in a bad mood. The barrier was eventually lifted but only after I could produce the booking reference. This is the second time this has happened. Always make sure you have the booking reference with you”
