A poor experience all round. I'd pre booked so thought it would be straight forward. Not so. My wife has a bad back but doesn't have to much need of assistance. On that morning the weather was poor and she was in more pain than usual so I wanted to drop her as close to the entrance as possible. This is virtually impossible. I dropped her as close as possible but then had difficulty in the car park and had to come back out, meaning I had to pay at the barrier. I finally got in again and got a space. Quite frustrating and time consuming and not cheap - A poor experience all round.

it was ice cold and we managed to find a space quite far away .we seen the bus at a distance , waited at the designated stop for quite a while and so hold and too long walked stop to stop all the way to the airport when we seen the bus just sitting there , lights on but no driver . very expensive for not getting the prescribed most important service .our understanding is that busses come regularly as a shuttle and this did not happen .does one get a part refund for that to be fair , I would like to escalate this

Parking no problem but my flights to and from Benidorm Spain were cheaper than parking the car for 3 nights ! Totally ridiculous pricing !!!!!!!

Booking through park & fly with no directions and only a postcode for directions wasn't the best. On arrival to the postcode only to find out that part was closed. I was advised by the hotel reception that I had to use the main car park which had very few sign post and i wasn't sure where to park. Could really do with clarifying on there receipts on directions to the right car park. Apart from that it was fine 👍

Meet and greet isn’t exactly what it says on the tin. You park in another car park set away from the main one. Roll your cases into an office, hand your keys in either at the desk or via a self serve kiosk and then wheel your cases across the road outside into the main building. Returning, same thing wheel your cases from the main building to the office you’re given your keys after providing your details and told which space your car is in and you wheel your case across the carpark. It felt like we would’ve benefited more from spending the money on a lounge before flying. We did have a 6am outbound flight and 2pm inbound so it might be more worthwhile for later flights.

Far to expensive for drop off and collect ! 10 mins should be free . Free drop off in short stay 2 is not widely known about and not sign posted !

Everytime we use the car park we are upset about the amount of cars parked in disabled bays without a badge! You need to think of a way to stop This happening. As someone who has two people in her household who require wheelchairs, parking miles away (short stay 1 opposite terminal) really makes the start of the holiday stressful

Car park is good price however is utterly rediculous can park in Manchester airport for 2 weeks compared to a week at Newcastle.
