Buzzer not working in shelter and £100+ for a weeks parking. Newcastle airport having peoples pants down like every other organization in the country. Just had to pay £50 for 1 days parking there for a trip to Belfast. Unfortunately there is no alternative

Used Premium meeting and greet. Car left in immaculate condition on return home went to collect car was covered on the passenger side with hairline scratches and enormous amount of bird droppings. Reported to the staff who were disinterested and 2 rude. Response was that it was nothing to do with them. Totally dismissive. So disappointed as paid for Premium parking would not use in the future. Poor service

Airport is fine. The parking is insanely expensive and restrictive. I was charged £60 for 1 night when the metro was suspended. That’s ridiculously exploitative.

Due to a very early morning flight we parked In the super short stay car park in error. Just to take our cases in to terminal cost same £8.00 This review has just reminded me of the charge Other wise fantastic service would 100% use it again. Will use on our Next Flighf from Newcastle Airport

Paid huge sum to park in closest car park. When arrived no disabled parking left and you can't book it. I had to walk way too far almost to back of garage to get to my car in short stay car park 1. In airport there are no self check in machines available for BA to print own boarding cards off for internal flight with no baggage and queues were huge. Security was efficient and did open a short cut for me. But when got to scanner got asked if need my walking stick to walk which to be fair they ask at all airports but I find very offensive as I wouldn't have one if I could walk with out it. Then went into duty free and went to toilet. The door to the toilet when leaving was stuck. So I pulled the alarm cable in the disabled toilet which rang for about 20 minutes without anyone noticing. When the lady did let me out she said they were not sure what it was and that the lock was faulty. Transport to the plane was good and flight was really good and all staff on the flight were lovely. So overall not a great experience.

Due to ongoing alterations access to information on lower level was nonexistent.

All fine until exiting the parking, machine didn’t recognise out ticket, asked us to pay £650.00, all sorted once pressing the help button, took about 10 minutes to find out booking, other cars behind us, not happy at having to move over to next barrier, never had this issue before.

Too many bars and not enough coffee places and seats when through security. Duty free far too big, more space for seating needed. It's also an expensive airport to fly from.

As always ....easy to get into. .directions are clear and always plenty of spaces left in car park bit as with all airports it seems, security was busy ...duty free shops no longer cheap and food and drink in the termnal are extortionate....

The 'short term' parking was no different to the 'long stay' and for a disabled person it is inadequate compared to other airports such as Edinburgh which I use regulary. Andrew

Ridiculously expensive now to park at this airport which has no opposition so they are being very greedy. Pre COVID l could park here for half the price they charge now. What a rip off, get a taxi it will be cheaper.

While the airport has had some investment over the past year renovating the bars and cafes this was well overdue and the prices have increased to cover the works. The parking charges are extortionate compared with other airports and i find myself in a position where i spend as little as possible at Newcastle airport due to the fact i do not think we get value for money.

My rating is based on 2 key points. Too expensive, ~£100 for 1 week is a lot of money. Too expensive and will force me personally to make alternative arrangements in the future. Secondly, bus service for us was non existent so we had a 3.30am walk to the terminal from bus shelter 3 in the rain.

Car was blocked in on return. But positive this time I could access driver door as last time was forced to climb over passage side to get into car.

We have used your airport parking many times but recently since covid there is hardly any bus transfers which can be a long cold walk at times and your prices have shot up so much. You now have a monopoly now as the other local car parks which existed before covid have all closed down. I think that it is very greedy to have put the prices up so much and I am very disappointed in prices going up as well as the almost non existent bus transfers.
