Spaces are far too small most cars are over 30k and would not recommend your car park unless you want your doors dinted it's a case of cram them in and make more money the same as your pick up and drop off total ripoff

I prepaid but when I got to barrier it said I owed £535 for 2,weeks .11 30 at night and cars behind me , very stressful, glitch in yiur system but not ideal .

Newcastle Airport parking is disgraceful. Short stay 2 drop off no longer available for free and constantly increasing ripoff parking rates if you do park up there while away.

Cost is ridiculous. Manchester and Edinburgh far cheaper. Half the area cordoned off closer to terminal making walking distance excessive. Buses are not regular enough. How can this cost be justified

I made a complaint on 15th December regarding this. On leaving the parking lot, my ticket would not scan and i had to pay again to leave! As yet, not resolved!

If I am rating Newcastle airport then I give it 5. Excellent assistance given. If I am reviewing the inappropriately named meet and greet service then I give 0. We were neither met not greeted. We were told, at midnight, our car was "down there" with a vague hand gesture. The car park was icebound and the car was still iced despite there being a disabled badge prominently displayed. Given how much I was charged I am very disappointed with the standard of service received compared to any other airport I have used.

RIP OFF- Having booked Friday 17th October for 7 days parking Short Stay 1 for £79.99 a bargain being approximately £30 cheaper than my usual parking at meet and greet. On return I found the actual booking had been made for only 1 night ( Computer glitch?) to add insult to injury I had to pay a further £250 on top of the original £79.99 at 2.00am making £329.99 in total to be able to get out of the carpark. BE AWARE

Disgrace taking 2 hours to get cases to belt - utter chaos in hall. Plane expected so what happened to communications and operations. People coming into Newcastle for the first time - so embarrassing. Emirates should sue the airport. Not impressed at all. Will stick to Manchester airport.

I booked my car in for 13 days paid the amount for that time, while on holiday we decided to extend by 4 days so I went onto manage my booking there was no way of changing my return date and to pay extra. So I emailed the email address provided the response was I would pay £12 per day extra so thought ok I can do that. On my return put the ticket in the machine it charged me £115 extra for the 4 days after been told £48 for the 4 days. (Lessons learned ripped off)

We think that the vehicle was damaged whilst in your care but we are unable to prove as it was dark at time of collection. Otherwise exceptional service as always.

Absolutely shocking charges for parking whether it's dropping off or leaving the car for a week or two. Short stay 2 currently allows free drop off but would be amazed if the greed doesn't kick in on that too shortly and end up paying for that as well.

Car park is Russian roulette if you get parked especially busy times. When you have limited time and catching a flight it’s a nightmare. No defined walkways really either …. However otherwise it’s fine

Extremely expensive and upon arrival there are never any available spaces without spending significant time and effort to locate one - terrible. Would rather spend money on a taxi in the future.

Pre booked parking for 15 days. Paid in advance but was asked to pay £610 on exit. Apparently an error but no apology given.
