We think that the vehicle was damaged whilst in your care but we are unable to prove as it was dark at time of collection. Otherwise exceptional service as always.

Absolutely shocking charges for parking whether it's dropping off or leaving the car for a week or two. Short stay 2 currently allows free drop off but would be amazed if the greed doesn't kick in on that too shortly and end up paying for that as well.

Car park is Russian roulette if you get parked especially busy times. When you have limited time and catching a flight it’s a nightmare. No defined walkways really either …. However otherwise it’s fine

Extremely expensive and upon arrival there are never any available spaces without spending significant time and effort to locate one - terrible. Would rather spend money on a taxi in the future.

Pre booked parking for 15 days. Paid in advance but was asked to pay £610 on exit. Apparently an error but no apology given.

Parking ridiculously expensive. Flights very limited, only bog standard tourist destinations . Waiting an hour and a half to get through passport control, followed by only one belt working for multiple flights and cases stacked up on the floor everywhere.

Tried to use employee discount, rang the number on the staff benefits page but there was no answer. I was later told that you can only book during office hours, this is not stated on the staff benefits page unfortunatel. The actual spot I got in the car park was extremely far away from the terminal and there was not a continuous pavement either so had to walk on the road on the way to the terminal. For the price with 2 young children and lots of bags I feel like it is very poor.

I had paid in advance for Short Term 2. On departure I was asked to pay. My car was already correctly recorded although you system didn't work on that occasion.

The lady wen we dropped car off was so nice but on return I asked why I need to find my car as I order meet and greet at London they bring car to me she replied if not happy complain

The parking was terrible after a snow fall , you couldn’t see the bays and it was extremely dangerous! Nothing had been salted or cleaned away !! Not what I expected from Newcastle airport, very disappointing.

Drop off immediately in front of the airport shoud be free. The argument that there is free drop off is unhelpful as the free area is a long way from the entrance to the building.

No problem parking or getting to the terminal. Leaving the terminal was another matter. I pre-booked yet the barrier wouldn't lit after inserting my ticket unless I paid £115. I tried calling customer services but as it was past 5pm they were closed. I went to the park and fly office where a nice man checked my booking and after a few clicks on his computer says the ticket would now work. Which it did. It was stressful as I was on my own and couldn't get through to customer services. Had there been a notice of some sort, I wouldn't have felt so isolated. Definitely not a good experience.

Parking terrible Took over 20 minutes to find a parking space on arrival. When leaving at 1:30 am (3 flights landing at the same time), car park barriers were not working so had to be manually operated by an attendant - another waiting time of 30 minutes and a huge queue - unnacceptable!

In the past we have had no problems on leaving the airport after prebooking. However, twice this year we have had problems as our prebooking was not recognised which is annoying as we were returning from Vancouver and the second time when returning home after our flight was delayed and when trying leaving the airport at 5.30 am the member of staff took ages in replying when my husband was calling for help. Also the car parking fees are rising it is now alot cheaper to travel by taxi which we will be looking at in the near future.

Price had increased well above inflation and we were even charged extra because it was a few minutes after 12 when we managed to get back to the desk

Dropped disabled son and wife at express drop off before heading to short stay 2 car park(pre booked). Only 1 entrance available only 3 available to get out. It took over 40mins to carry out parking before getting back to my wife and son at the terminal. Absolutely disgraceful service and very expensive. No doubt I will get no reply from yourselves.

Car parking far too expensive now. Was willing to pay for the convenience in the past but will probably start using taxis now as they are significantly cheaper.
