Worst airport I've use. Delayed over 6 hours. Made to climb stairs to the gates 3 times with 2 kids and a pram with no lifts available. Very small airport. Will never use this airport again. No issues with parking. Probably best part of the airport.

After a great holiday I attempted to exit the car park with my pre-paid ticket but instead of the barrier opening it requested I pay £260.00 by credit/debit card. I re-inserted the ticket on three occasion but each time it was declined and the payment was requested. I then pressed the assistance button and after a long delay the barrier opened. This was totally unacceptable when a pre paid ticket had already been purchased.

Paid a lot of money for my parking to be near the terminal because of my disability only to discover there was no space for my car and had to use a car park furthe away

I am going to be brutally honest. we use the Meet & Greet regulasrly or at least 4-5 times per year. the service is awful. when they worked out of the the hut it was better. the meet isnt excatly brilliant we've had to stand in a queue the last 3 times going and returning and your met with a 'good morning' at best. what is the point in having to queue to hand your keys over? theyre should be someone there at all times in the car park, 'here's your ticket, pass me your keys, enjoy your holiday' when you come back i appreciate there might be people in front of you but last week there were two staff and only one lady serving with a queue of ten people!! do you have your ticket, 'yes' heres your keys your parked in D4 hope you had a good holiday see you later. I had my reservation printed off and it still took 3 or 4 minutes to find it, 4.30am and my wife hadnt had her tea yet, being impatient and wanting to battle check in, security and get a seat. we are stood while they find the reservation, give us our ticket and estbalish what flight we are on coming back. it will be easier and quicker to just park in the short stay which was slightly more expensive and why i chose meet n greet. The last 4 times we used meet n greet, the car has been parked as far away from the meet n greet building as you can get it and i couldnt get in it because it was squeezed next to other cars. we will not be using the service again but we will use the short stay car park next to the building.

My only complaint is the high cost of parking. There can be no justification for the huge increases. Parking spaces should not be impacted by inflation at the same level as other services. I paid £125 to park for 2 weeks last month. I go on holiday again soon and you quoted £124 for 1 week. The only justification is simply greed. I eventually arranged parking with Holiday Extras at a lower price that the airport. This makes no sense.

Why close so many sections when the closed sections have so many gaps ! . It also not clear them the priority park is allowed to be used.

Had to cancel holiday and cancelled the parking. They said they never recieved it but they sent me an amendment just after I cancelled. No refund or credit. Used many times previously. Never again.

Paid a premium for meet and greet but when we returned couldn't get into our car as the one parked in the next bay was too close! Ended up having to climb over from the passenger side. Good job I'm not the one with 2 knee replacements.....

The car parks are fine but extremely and ridiculously expensive. The price needs to be reduced. Newcastle is one of the most expensive airports. Unjustifiable.

the last few stays have not been as expected. we use meet and greet so the car is close to the airport. the last two visits our car couldnt have been further away. in addition i had to squeeze along the car to open the door to get in. my family had to wait in the rain until i had reversed out. last year we returned to car and the passenger rear window had been smahed, the sun was blamed, in February. we used M&G between the 5th March and the 10th. seriously never again. we'll just use the other parking next to the terminal in future.

One gate inoperable on way in . Although ticket was dispensed and vehicle recognised gate wouldn't open , pressing button for help did not attract any help fault note eventually appeared had to reverse then go through second gate. On way out one of gate exits was closed off with a cone. No one available if assistance was required.

people up waiting to exit the car park How on earth can I owe £245 when I had payed for this prior to the booking. Then the agent on line disappeared and I had to wait to reconnect. No explanation where the £245 had come from

I couldn't exit the airport until I pressed the help button, it turned out that because I'd changed my car/registration it hadn't been updated on the system even though it was changed months earlier and I'd received emails saying that it had changed, it's the only airport I've ever had a problem with . We had to park quite a distance from the terminal and went to the bus stop to call a bus only to find that the phone wire had been cut!

In April 2023 I paid £67 to park at Newcastle Airport for ten nights. In September 2023 I paid £115 to park for nine nights. I think this increase is dreadful. In future, I'll do anything I can to avoid using the airport to park.

Facilities for disabled are shocking,no signs ,hardly any information online, just there are some in areas but i have never found one, pushing a wheelchair up the hill is a nightmare with case or cases, and i remember when buses used to be very regular, where have they gone? its about 40% more to book now and you get less for your money.Think you need to review it a great deal !
