Why close so many sections when the closed sections have so many gaps ! . It also not clear them the priority park is allowed to be used.

Had to cancel holiday and cancelled the parking. They said they never recieved it but they sent me an amendment just after I cancelled. No refund or credit. Used many times previously. Never again.

Paid a premium for meet and greet but when we returned couldn't get into our car as the one parked in the next bay was too close! Ended up having to climb over from the passenger side. Good job I'm not the one with 2 knee replacements.....

The car parks are fine but extremely and ridiculously expensive. The price needs to be reduced. Newcastle is one of the most expensive airports. Unjustifiable.

the last few stays have not been as expected. we use meet and greet so the car is close to the airport. the last two visits our car couldnt have been further away. in addition i had to squeeze along the car to open the door to get in. my family had to wait in the rain until i had reversed out. last year we returned to car and the passenger rear window had been smahed, the sun was blamed, in February. we used M&G between the 5th March and the 10th. seriously never again. we'll just use the other parking next to the terminal in future.

One gate inoperable on way in . Although ticket was dispensed and vehicle recognised gate wouldn't open , pressing button for help did not attract any help fault note eventually appeared had to reverse then go through second gate. On way out one of gate exits was closed off with a cone. No one available if assistance was required.

people up waiting to exit the car park How on earth can I owe £245 when I had payed for this prior to the booking. Then the agent on line disappeared and I had to wait to reconnect. No explanation where the £245 had come from

Car parking prices are unbelievable ( cost more to park than the cost if the flights

I couldn't exit the airport until I pressed the help button, it turned out that because I'd changed my car/registration it hadn't been updated on the system even though it was changed months earlier and I'd received emails saying that it had changed, it's the only airport I've ever had a problem with . We had to park quite a distance from the terminal and went to the bus stop to call a bus only to find that the phone wire had been cut!

In April 2023 I paid £67 to park at Newcastle Airport for ten nights. In September 2023 I paid £115 to park for nine nights. I think this increase is dreadful. In future, I'll do anything I can to avoid using the airport to park.

Facilities for disabled are shocking,no signs ,hardly any information online, just there are some in areas but i have never found one, pushing a wheelchair up the hill is a nightmare with case or cases, and i remember when buses used to be very regular, where have they gone? its about 40% more to book now and you get less for your money.Think you need to review it a great deal !

Parking facilities are good. However the price for any length of parking stay is far too high. The drop off parking is now ridiculously expensive. For example - Dublin airport where I visit frequently. Drop off is free. Currently I’m on holiday and it’s cost be £105 to park my vehicle for 15 nights. I payed £60 to park at Newcastle for 2 days. This needs looking into and overhauling asap

We have used the long stay car park 3 times in last year. Our comments follow. 1) upon arrival in all visits, the car park was extremely full meaning we had to search blindly for a parking space. This causes anxiety and also worry about checking checking in time. Solution: when booking, the confirmation should allocate a space with unique ID. 2) there are inadequate number of bus shuttles. We have used one out of our six opportunities, and fortunately, only encountered the rain once. Solution: a more reliable and frequent service is required, particularly late night / early morning. 3) on last visit the car park was full to the brim and we were pushed to the perimeter of the car park, which is a disused area with uneven surface wholly unsuitable for pulling suitcases. This would be a great concern for elderly or unhealthy. Solution: do not overbook car park or resurface the whole area.

When we arrived and parked we tried to get a bus to the terminal. All phones in the bys stops were broken so we all had to walk. When we got to the terminal we complained to the bus driver who was waiting. He just said oh are they when we told him about the broken phones. When we returned fro holiday early morning a bus was at the terminal but was in total darkness and no driver to be seen
