Arriving at the meet and greet everything went smoothly then once I returned back from my holiday 4 days after, barring in mind this was 2am I was shocked to find the meet and greet car park totally gone and having no prior information on this it took me an hour to find anyone to direct us to where the car park had been moved to, also was giving no information when dropping the car off to the car park actually moving

Departure on a Monday morning was fine. Arrival early hours of Saturday morning was a nightmare. Massive queues at passport control, hold luggage took 46 minutes to arrive on the belt, escalator was still broken, queues to get through green customs channel as a Tenerife flight was getting a cigarette check. Took 75 minutes to exit the airport when normally it takes 20 mins. Should be a lot better.

Charged £34.99 for one night, very expensive so will now look for other alternatives. Probably won’t use again.

The link you forwarded offered a full weekend for £26. Unfortunately when I booked (on my phone) I wrongly selected exiting on the Saturday instead of the Sunday, an error on my part I accept. I was less than impressed when, upon reaching the barrier I had to pay an additional £26. The price for the weekend parking turned out to be £52 and not the £26 you advertised! The chap at the end of the "help" button was also most unhelpful. I will not be using this service again as its nothing more than an opportunity to rip people off.

This is a lovely aiport. The staff are efficient, pleasant and friendly. Parking facilities are excellent, and very reasonably priced. My only complaint is that there are no longer any direct flights to Copenhagen. I have to go via Heathrow (horrible airport). Is there any chance these flights could be re-instated (perhaps during the summer)?

No signs to get into right car park. Had to pay £1 to get out of drop off on second attempt. Went into what appeared to be building site to get to parking. On leaving could not get out as it said we were past our time. Luckily I had printed copy and managed to get out. Rain did not help my mood.

Used meet and greet car park in May this year and was delighted with the service. So much so I have recommended the service to all my friends. Booked meet and greet car park for our holiday in October and was very disappointed with the service, there was no MEET and GREET. On arrival at 04:00 hours parked car outside office and told by operator I had to park it in car parking bay myself and on return car wasn't outside office. Told by operator he had been too busy so had to get car from parking space. A waste of upgrade money.

I had booked the premium valet service for £40.00 and on my return the car had not been valeted, it was a late flight back and I was using my car early the next day for a family occasion and wanted it to be spotless, unfortunately I had no time to do myself hence why I wanted it valeted. The only saving grace as I was refunded the full amount but to be honest I would have paid double just so it was done!! Very disappointed and will think twice about using this service again

When we arrived at the airport we noticed the board indicated there was spaces available, but as we looked with other cars running around as well also looking we had no choice but to park anywhere safe and not obstructing other cars exit, so we paid for a space that was not available, There should be spaces for prepaid parking and not for people just picking up

Had a dent on our car - they would NOT accept responsibility - checked their system but would NOT allow us access to look at it.

The biggest issue relates to the size of the car parking bays - resulting in both sides of my car being damaged by the adjacent car doors — my car cost over £100k new so the cost to repair will be significant Had i known the bays where as small i would nt have booked

I was charged £75 for 19 days parking.I went on holiday with five other couples. They paid from £45 to £52. Nothing more to say Raffa out

Everything would be perfect apart from another parking customer parking directly behind me blocking me in,it wasn't even a parking bay hence I was blocked in forwards as someone was in that bay and it took me 10 minutes to gradually reverse out,not what I needed after a long flight and connections to catch,I would appreciate a reply as to why this customer was allowed to park like this I find it sheer laziness as I'm sure there would be spaces elsewhere I was parked in H near bus stand 10 I seem to remember it was a Volkswagen golf

Potentially 1, just awaiting ANPR evidence from Northumbria police ( not sure I will get it and to go through the process ) as I’m sure my car has 1800 miles extra on . I did alert the office on departure but obviously they said not , no photo evidence of my Speedo but made a note of my mileage on my phone on leaving it , fell free to contact me.

We have stayed in the car park numerous times and always upgrade to the short stay, however on returning this time our car had been damaged ☹️

Parked for 2 weeks was hit for a 147 quid fee. Card didn't work after a querying my reservation was let out. Need I say more.
