Terrible would not give me my car back had to get the police involved massive lack of commom sense then when he did give me car keys he gave me somebody elses .Idiots !!

I have received a fine for parking outside the short-stay car park to pick up my wife and luggage as I could not navigate a safe route to your car park with luggage You have a legal duty to provide safe access and egress for your customers who are using the car parks. The current situation with your car parks does not clearly highlight how customers can safely access and exit your car parks. It is only a matter of time before someone is injured

There is no loyalty programme, and costs over summer, with no discount code available, is poor recognition of the regular car parking users. A The Long stay premium keypad - nearly everyone has to stop on call to enter the pin. There is also no mention of pressing # after the pin. Why dont you display clear instructions at the keypad? It doesnt have a backlight so you also cant see the buttons. Very poor service!!!! no effort at all... so I cant see anyone cares, and would rather have every customer call up, which then holds up people behind. Please sort it out!

After 2 flights with lots of queues and holdups we arrived at Newcastle. A very long queue at Newcastle Passport control meant we missed the last bus before they cease running from 430-800pm(Why?). We were at the far end of the long stay and had to negotiate a lot of roadworks that closed the pedestrian access off and poor signage. Having paid £75 for a mere weeks parking we were not impressed.

Used airport trolly for our cases, due to uneven pavements twisted my back ! Not a good experience !! Ended up with bad back for my holiday!! seems as if the number plate recognition does not work. Also need to say the price is becoming to much!

It was awful. Driving to the airport was already stressful and then to arrive at the airport to find very few parking spaces (despite pre-booking) was concerning. I drove around for about 30 mins trying to find a space (along with others) with cars being ‘parked’ on the side of the kerb, not in a space shows the overbooking/problems finding a space. There was no one around to help (it was early in the morning but lots of flights due to depart) I was worried that I would miss my flight if I couldn’t find a space! I eventually found a space and had to walk to terminal as no buses (phone in bus shelter didn’t work/no one answered) to call for bus so several of us walked to terminal in rain. Awful experience and not what I was expecting after pre booking my parking with you.

Absolutely disgusting that YOU stop the bus service at 5pm. Call yourself an international airport, scandalous you as a company should be ashamed. Get it sorted.

Staff messed up the collection time on our return as it straddled midnight and we had to wait 20 minutes for the car . No apology .

We were charged an additional one week of parking upon leaving. Amounting to £122. Which we had to pay or we could not exit. No staff around at the time and tried calling the 24 hour telephone line but no answer. We have emailed requesting a full refund of this but have had to response.

£79 for one week parking in long-term car park and very lucky to actually find a free car parking space with lots of cars going round in circles. The ground was not even tarmac but gravel making it impossible to wheel a case. Incredible that you can get a flight cheaper than parking a car.

a very poor service, the car park was pre paid. The parking monitor picked up the wrong number plate on return from holiday and we were unable to exit the car park. The intercom for help was not working. I had to pay a further £89 to exit the car park. Though this was refunded.

We arrived after paying in full on line in a hurry for our flight and could not find a parking place. After 45 minutes of looking we flagged down an attendant who told us to park outside of the marked bays at the edge of the carpark in an unauthorised parking area. Not good enough. 28/05/2022 until 9/06/2022

Barriers didn’t work on exit on Monday 16th May. Had to get out of my car and walk to the office in the rain because the operator wasn’t answering the call button on the machine. He said the machines were water logged and that I had to go back to my car and he would lift the barrier. I returned to my car but he didn’t lift the barrier. I had to get out of my car and walk ti the office a second time in the rain to ask him to lift the barrier. He didn’t apologise, he told me to go back to my car and he would lift the barrier. He eventually lifted the barrier. Zero customer service

No coach going or coming back so a long walk in the dark and cold to the terminal. We would not have booked had we been made aware. Reported this back as feedback and so far on response.

Far too expensive !! and close the nearest long stairs and guide you towards the furthest away parking with buses for transfer few and far between

I paid to park in the short term car park. I parked in the short term car park. Opposite where I parked there were signs limiting the use of each of the opposite bays to minibus drop off/pick up. There were no signs in the bays in which I parked. There were several other cars parked near me. I was confident that I was not parked in the minibus bays. When I came to leave 2 weeks later my ticket was not accepted by the barrier machine, which told me it was black listed. I had to speak with parking control who said I had been parked in the minibus bays. I was forced to pay another £21 as a fine to be allowed to leave. GET YOUR SIGNAGE SORTED OUT!!, daylight robbery. I won’t be using Newcastle parking again. I’ll get a taxi.

Car park closed next to airport where we normally park. Barrier wouldn’t lift when trying to leave. When asking for assistance for phone put down on us very poor service.
