It was awful. Driving to the airport was already stressful and then to arrive at the airport to find very few parking spaces (despite pre-booking) was concerning. I drove around for about 30 mins trying to find a space (along with others) with cars being ‘parked’ on the side of the kerb, not in a space shows the overbooking/problems finding a space. There was no one around to help (it was early in the morning but lots of flights due to depart) I was worried that I would miss my flight if I couldn’t find a space! I eventually found a space and had to walk to terminal as no buses (phone in bus shelter didn’t work/no one answered) to call for bus so several of us walked to terminal in rain. Awful experience and not what I was expecting after pre booking my parking with you.
