“Service was decent, all went to plan. I was amazed that 30 hour stay cost me more than my £50 return flight to Bristol.. Licence to print money....”

“We love Newcastle airport, we use the parking 3 times a year for our holidays. The only thing that can be frustrating when busy, is where do we find a space, but we always do. In an ideal world it would be great if there was more digital signage with where the spaces are”

“Would have given it 5 stars but we had to wait in the pouring rain for 30 minutes as it was very busy. The shelters are too small and some os us had to stand in the rain. Coming back , we had an excellent service.”

“Only got 4 stars because when we came to exit car park machine said we owed £480 even though paid and within our dates and times registered. This resulted in having to reverse car out people other travellers exit and go into office. Issue was dealt with efficiently but at 2 am in morning could really do without hassle.”

“The price we paid was good but disappointing bus service for the airport and have found this each time we've booked. The bus driver ignored the fact that we were fetching our cases to the airport in the car park and drove past us and late returns flights bus service has been barely existent”
