“A great service as long as the prices remain reasonable! Only complaint i have i was unable to contact any employee to notify them of our short notice flight cancellation in the early hours, had to wait for daytime hours which fortunately we were able to do on this occasion”

“Prebooked into long stay 2, easy to find and plenty of spaces, although probably down to the time of year, march. Easy walk with cases to terminal and back and finally straight forward exit . Will use again”

“I actually cancelled the car parking and booked an airport hotel for half the price! Newcastle airport has to be the most expensive for parking since the likes of callerton finished. I try to avoid parking there whenever possible. I love the airport though.”

“I could not find a space except in area B. It was a long walk and no bus came. I got soaked. Why were there other spaces closer to the terminal building that were marked as closed when they could have been used”

“DROP OFF PARKING. A really good option for those wanting slightly more time to drop off or pick up passengers. And of course, just when you think you've found an airport with a system that is reasonable they decide to change it! It appears that we'll have to use a drop of system at the park and ride about a mile away and then passengers will get a bus to the airport. The old saying "If it ain't broken don't fix it" applies here. Hope the new system is as good as the current one!”

“We had 3 of our flights cancelled hence we were 2 days late. My daughter rang and guy said don't worry we don't charge you as it's not your fault. We got charged £24!”
