“Very close to airport so super convenient. Helpful staff. Never have to queue etc. Never had an issue with car being expected and/or ready for collection. Overall a good serice. Only thing I'd say is that it's getting super pricey to park at the airport but that's the airport overall to be honest, not just this service.”

“V good parking place and easy access to main building.. BUT WE HAD TO WAIT OVER 35 MINUTES AFTER PASSPORT CONTROL FOR OUR LUGGAGE TO ARRIVE ON THE BELT. WE HEARD ONLY 2 PEOPLE WORKING DOWNSTAIRS! That was v poor!”

“Used the meet and greet parking which was excellent, friendly and helpful staff. Check in with Easyjet was easy. Unnecessary long track through a labyrinth at security ( don't understand why this can't be adjusted at quieter times) had to remove all phones and I pads for extra screening which completely negates the advantage of leaving them in the bag. Used the Bar11 which was quiet good. Apart from security everything was fine.”

“Easy to book and enough spare parking spaces. Pedestrian routes from car parks could be better defined and made more user friendly with gentle ramps for suitcases and better crossing places at roundabouts in particular.”

“Carpark is secure and staff are helpful. My parking ran out at 8pm but i was not able to leave airside until after 8pm. It was not clear if I had any wiggle room so had to try and rush down to long stay carpark. No bus was there and tried to walk down as no bus at terminal (Don't walk no pedestrian access as i found out !). It was OK in the end but no clarity on how long you have if plane is running late. Everything else is positive about Newcastle airport”

“I’ve given a 4* review because the parking at £112 (discounted) for two weeks, off peak - is outrageously expensive. However airport check in and security was quick and easy. There was a singer performing in the departure lounge - which was very loud for early morning. The duty free was well stocked with offers, and had plenty of options for food and drink.”

“Airport parking in short stay 2 is in reasonable distance to the airport.However the cost of parking even with a discount is so expensive.We have just booked parking in short stay 2 for 5 days in February and it was £76 even with a 20% discount.Outrageous prices. Need to review your prices or we may have to look at other options.”
