“Always use the parking in Newcastle airport in the short stay and you can easily walk to the terminal, outside main holiday periods usually plenty of spaces in main holiday sometimes struggle to find a parking place close to the terminal and I find the parking spaces very small and too close to the opposite row when driving out and found to be expensive compared to other airports, other than that no problems.”

“Love the fact that all the parking is within walking distance of the terminal; would prefer to use Short Stay 2 but have given up after one occasion turning up and having to drive round and round looking for a space; love the free drop off when taking daughters to the airport - sets Newcastle Airport apart from others.”

“Arrived at the correct time and found a parking space quite quickly. We waited in one of the shuttle bus stands but there did not seem to be any in operation at that time. As we were not far away from the airport we just walked instead. On arrival back from our holiday we got to the car and left. The barriers operated correctly and we experienced no delays.”

“Always use the Meet and Greet service and staff are always polite and genuinely care. Only downside now using this service is on return, you're handed your keys and are told where your car is parked whereas before it was always right outside the desk waiting for you. We wish it was still like that especially when travelling in winter when the car is icy.”

“Very good, i would recomend to anyone! Only 4 stars because when i went to put my exit ticket into out gate there is a big gap that my ticket fell through, the stress i felt at that time was great indeed! I saw a worker and asked him how to in touch , as there is no comunication available at the gate, like a help button. I was told the box is maned and they would sort it out, the lad in the box sorted it out very quickly, but the stress caused by that gap was extreme! Is there any chance you can get people in normal cars to go through the machines and processes to correct fundamental mistakes in function and positioning? I am a work flow, time and motion, manual handling, job evaluation city & guild trained analyst. There are things that could improve your system to 5 star with little alteration. thom_barry@hotmail.com”

“Easy to park. Pre booking saves on car parking fees. Coach transfer efficient and friendly driver. Slightly disappointed with the business class lounge facility, looks like Emirates have some priority with own area. Cooked breakfast was overcooked and cold .... When returning to airport, collected car .... when pre paid, you must go to kiosk to get out of the car park.”
