Easy to enter and exit the car park. Better signage in the car park to find your way round on foot to and from the airport

Arrived at the correct time and found a parking space quite quickly. We waited in one of the shuttle bus stands but there did not seem to be any in operation at that time. As we were not far away from the airport we just walked instead. On arrival back from our holiday we got to the car and left. The barriers operated correctly and we experienced no delays.

Parking available close by, even in long stay. Purchased parking a couple of weeks before our trip,only to find the cost was lower shortly before journey.

Always use the Meet and Greet service and staff are always polite and genuinely care. Only downside now using this service is on return, you're handed your keys and are told where your car is parked whereas before it was always right outside the desk waiting for you. We wish it was still like that especially when travelling in winter when the car is icy.

Very good, i would recomend to anyone! Only 4 stars because when i went to put my exit ticket into out gate there is a big gap that my ticket fell through, the stress i felt at that time was great indeed! I saw a worker and asked him how to in touch , as there is no comunication available at the gate, like a help button. I was told the box is maned and they would sort it out, the lad in the box sorted it out very quickly, but the stress caused by that gap was extreme! Is there any chance you can get people in normal cars to go through the machines and processes to correct fundamental mistakes in function and positioning? I am a work flow, time and motion, manual handling, job evaluation city & guild trained analyst. There are things that could improve your system to 5 star with little alteration. thom_barry@hotmail.com

Easy to park. Pre booking saves on car parking fees. Coach transfer efficient and friendly driver. Slightly disappointed with the business class lounge facility, looks like Emirates have some priority with own area. Cooked breakfast was overcooked and cold .... When returning to airport, collected car .... when pre paid, you must go to kiosk to get out of the car park.

Big Car park, lots of options, with reasonable distances to the Terminal building, although the quickest and eaisest route was not always sign posted

Had issues this time in leaving the car park. I was asked for £370 for the period 4/10 to 13/10 when I had booked my car park space back in May. Normally I don't have any issues & often use Newcastle aiport car parking direct but for some reason I did this time.

First time using the service and overall no issues. Good communication with booking and emails. Check in was swift and reassuring and it was great keys were not taken abroad. Pick up was good, with no wait times and easy navigation to the car. Only a few miuntes walk to teh terminal, some of whih is under cover. Minor issue was the parking spaces were very tight and not easy to navigate out of. To clarify - you did not park the car yourself. Proce was a little steep especially in October, but I think all airport car parking is expensive.

Easy to book space. With number plate recognition there were no delays when leaving. Only given 4 star as I feel the cost is a little excessive.
