Even the long stay is in walking distance. Staff are always friendly and helpful. I am syre you could do more on pricing. if in long stay perhaps a free trip through the drop off zone to drop passengers (less able) and baggage.

Took a while to find a parking space in a bay a long way from the airport but a bus came along quickly to take us to the terminal price could to cheaper too

Easy to find, 5 min walk to terminal from long term if you can't be bothered to wait for a bus! Quite pricey though.

Stayed in Short stay 2, good location and easy walk to the terminal, plenty spaces when we stayed and easy entry and exit. But I always feel it is very expensive for parking, only just less than two taxi journeys.

Good selection of parking options but wow it is expensive compared to similar Edinburgh airport pricing. I paid a discounted £47 for 32 hours parking in the cheapest long stay at Newcastle airport. A similar duration on site at Edinburgh is £17.99. From home its equally 90 minutes drive. Guess which airport I prefer?

Good service especially when flying early in the morning and you have to be at the Airport at 430am. Car Park is very secure and the short shuttle service is excellent. Price matched the cost of a return taxi so worth the value as well.

We used short stay 2 which is a great location, easy to park with plenty spaces. Easily signposted upon entrance and exit. A stress free start and end to our holiday.

Parking was good but the number plate recognition didn’t work & wanted £290+ on leaving even though parking was pre booked. Pressed help on the machine but took a while for someone to answer.

Unfortunately when our car was moved from the holding car park to the Meet and Greet car park the day before our return from a 7 day holiday we and the Reception staff had great difficulty opening the car. The battery was completely dead. As our car was not quite a year old when we got back from holiday, the fact that the weather had not been that cold while we were away and we had driven almost 20 miles before parking the car we can only assume that the person bringing the car from the holding car park must have left the lights switched on thus draining the battery. Fortunately a staff maintenance member was able to jump start our car enabling us to eventually get home! If we had not had this experience we would gladly have given you a 5 star rating.

Parking is much improved compared to previous years. Only criticism is that the spaces are very close together.
