I don’t know why they got some award as best airport. In the country. The meet and greet car park is very good. Fast track security hasn’t worked for weeks even though you still pay for it. The aspire lounges are ok (but I don’t know why they don’t take Amex payments)

This was the first time I had used the long stay car park at the airport and when we went to phone to as for the courtesy coach to pick us up. The first two shelters wren't working. We walked to the nnext car park and the phone there was working. We had the same driver bith going and on our return and I have to say he was great. Very friendly and helpful and his smiling face was very welcome when we retyrned home.

Easy and straightforward to use, with good access and clear organisation. However, the parking is very expensive, and there are no really viable alternative options near the airport, so it doesn’t feel like much of a choice. Would be good to see pricing reviewed or better value offered.

Easy booking and parking with informative choice. Really struggling with website and membership however as can never log in a second time without resetting password. Would also suggest a loyalty scheme with membership rewards

It would be better if there was more trolley bays as there was trolleys just left anywhere also I experienced problems again where it asked for £535 to exit car park although i had paid in advance and needed to press button for help

Its easy to access and use. However changing the drop off rules has annoyed me as are the red double yellow lines. My loyalty as a local airport has been removed and i will focus on price only going forward.

All the elecical parking road signs said the car park was closed yet was half full of parked cars

I prepaid for car parking in short stay 1. On leaving the car park the barrier didn't lift and indicated that I needed to pay £330. I pressed the buzzer and must have caught the attendant in a bad mood. The barrier was eventually lifted but only after I could produce the booking reference. This is the second time this has happened. Always make sure you have the booking reference with you

Arrived back early hours and machine at exit tried to charge £165 even though we had pre-booked. Swiftly rectified in the office but not what you need at that hour when you just want to get home. On the positive. The long stay is close to the terminal and can easily be walked to. It’s reasonably priced.

On my return a range rover was parked so close to the dirvers door the i couldn't open it. I had to get in via the passenger door.. Not good and then manoeuvre our of my v tight space v carefully. My car is a mini.

Ticket machine would not let us out of car park asking for payment when I had already pre paid had to go to kiosk to sort out parking reference number to get out of carpark.

Newcastle airport parking is getting to extortionate prices. They have shut down the offsite car parks so they have the monopoly and freedom to raise prices without any competition. I need a carpark close to the terminal and the time we used the long stay carpark the buses didn't pickup at the bus stop where we parked. The carpark is so busy it's difficult to find a parking space. We only use it because there is now no alternative.
