“I prefer the convenience of leaving car at Airport when travelling however in the 20+ years of doing so the prices are now extortianate the car parks are no better small spaces packed together and could defintely do with a resurface and weed/bush/tree maintenance”

“Parking - signing within car parks is poor. Each lane or parking space should be individually signed or numbered to make the location of the vehicle easier to locate. Lighting is poor and charges expensive. The Airport takes advantage of it's monopolistic position. Departure area - Too few seats and too many catering outlets. Crowd circulation is poor due to current layout.”

“When you know you’ve been ripped off! Whether you are stopping for a few minutes or parking for a week, the cost of parking is astronomically high. If you live in the suburbs and are fortunate enough to use the Metro system that would be great. But, if you have to travel 40 miles by car to the airport and then pay a premium to park, it leaves a sour taste in your mouth. It would be nice to think you were not being fleeced.”

“A mix of good and bad. Positives: Convenient parking (although pedestrian route signage could be better), quick check in and security. Negatives: The food from the Quaystone 'restaurant' was really poor and overpriced - the 'giant stottie' was a standard breadbun, little bigger than a fried egg.”

“When we picked up the car after our holiday it said we owed £290. I had already paid online when I booked the holiday. I went into the office and spoke to a lovely man who sorted it out pretty quickly but it was still a real shock.”
