Bus service was poor never even seen the service, and when leaving barriers didn't work I had to get out from my car and go look for someone at 4am in the morning I was not impressed at all.

Parking service is OK but expensive. Shuttle service is excellent. However I have hidden disabilities and require assistance and have submitted an official complaint via Hays Travel for the unsafe use of the ambulift and await a response.

Parking itself was fine. However signage as you drive onto the airport complex to find the Meet and Greet parking area was very poor. Easy to fix though.

Easy to use and book on the website, unfortunately no service disabled people and bus service never seems to be running? unlike other airports where the customers are the priority.

A good easy to use service but sadly over priced !! I use LBA frequently as well on average £20 cheaper park to travel offer 15/20%discount.

Car park was further than it appeared to be in picture. On exit ticket didn’t lift barrier. Had to go to office to validate ticket.

I have used the Premium Meet and Greet car park at Newcastle on 4 previous occasions and I have been very happy with the service. However, I left my almost new Jaguar with them for 3 weeks in January/February 2025 and I specifically asked the parking attendant to look after my car and to park it somewhere safe. When I returned from my holiday to collect my car, as I approached where it was parked I noticed that it was very close to a large Mercedes SUV. So close in fact that I could not open the drivers door wide enough to get into my car. I had to get into my vehicle via the front passenger door where there was slightly more room, clamber over the centre console and finally onto the drivers seat. Not the easiest manouvre for a 72 year old! Not a happy bunny!

Parked car for 10 days.On exiting the car park on our return the barrier would not lift to allow us to exit.The machine demanded a ridiculous amount of money to exit.Contacted parking company on the machine who bypassed the payment and lifted the barrier for us.This has happened the last 3 times we have used this car park short stay 2.What is going on.Need to improve the ticket system so it works properly.We prepaid the parking online so it should have worked better. John Garbutt.

Well it would be nice to give it 5 stars --but I can't--EVERY time I arrive home --it's s warm feeling --until you have to wait EVERY time for that ladder to come to the plane or the bus to arrive --for the short journey to the terminal--I keep thinking to myself -" DID THEY NOT KNOW WE WERE ARRIVING ?" Sorry but you need to know--well if you read the comments

Good service but a map to show where shuttle bus stops at Airport to pick you would have been good. It was cold and windy when we got off, didn’t know where shuttle bus stops, no time table was sent and we started walking with luggage & kids. A generic map and time table of shuttle bus must be sent to email so we know where to go. Thank you

Short stay car park was very convenient. Second time in a row that I have used Newcastle Airport Car Park and it has not recognised my number plate on exit. Small thing but annoying to have to speak to someone at 02:30 in the morning.
