Usually we have a hassle free experience when using the car parking service but alas this time it was not to be. When we arrived back in the wee hours and went to collect our vehicle from the premium meet & greet parking we were told our rear number plate had 'fallen off'......when I asked how it could have happened I was informed, in an abrupt manner, it happens all the time! The operative in formed me that the number plate was in the boot, marvellous🙄. So after many years of using the premium meet and great service without a hiccup, burp or fart my rear number plate had fallen off by its own accord, although generally speaking, and after taking advice, I dont accept this on a 2yr old car. Something obviously happened for my rear number plate to throw itself on the ground? Never the less I was left to incur the cost of refitting it. And the pityfull excuse of it had 'fallen off' doesn't really cut it and to be perfectly honest I would expect a better service from you, happy to discuss further👍

Having used premium meet and greet for years I find the recent price increases a case of greedflation and need to be challenged.

The service is very good. I enjoy the flexibility should I have to change my travel arrangements. However I sometimes find it difficult to access my account on line and also have had difficulty in contacting the service by phone. The prices are very high for the service provided.

Please make it easier for people to locate a parking space, wardens would be an idea protrolling site, it took me over half an hour to locate a space.

Newcastle airport is great. Baggage really quick, Jet 2 staff fantastic. Security fully manned and doing the best they can BUT terribly overcrowded at peak morning slots means difficulty getting a coffee or sandwich or shop.

I have used Newcastle Airport car parks for many years on a regular basis, and always been highly satisfied with the service, when I book direct with the Airport. On my last visit I could only park in area L near Bus stop 14 as everywhere else was full. On my return and leaving the car park I noticed a very loud noise from my tyres due the sticky loose chippings stuck to the tyres. I had no option but to park on the road and scrape all the debris off the tyres. If you are charging normal prices for this car park it should be resurfaced.

Spot on to park here but deffintly should lower price for short stay within 3 days stay as a taxi would have worked out the same just the convenience of jumping in our own car was the only reason we paid the price.

long stay car park is expensive but thankfully seems secure. drop off/collection charges are extortionate for only being on site for a few minutes - you are forcing people to drop off offsite and walking into airport due to high charge and draconian enforcement. long queues for passport control/security (although checks are necessary for all our safety) could be improved by more staff on duty. high charges for food etc within airport departure area are disappointing - exploiting a captive audience!!.

The site locality of the car is very convenient. The intercoms on entry and exit need repairing as 2 out 3 I tried did not work. The attitude of the staff member attending to the car park office was less than helpful and verging on rude

The airport is closest to me so this is the one I use most. None of the attractions of check in, security, departure lounge etc encourage me to use this airport of any others, it's closest to me and therefore the most convenient for when I need to fly.

Using the airport parking was a simple and an easy process. We used the Meet and Greet and as always were pleased with the process. Unfortunately, the price increase this year has really put us off for future parking, like for like from last year and the price was double !!!

Parked here several times… no problem. Booked into park last week and there wasn’t any spaces. Called help desk and resolve was to park in the white lined area. Had to call the help desk again to exit the car park.

Paid the extra to be nearer the terminal, short stay 2. Unfortunately I didn't think we were any closer than previous years. Not worth paying the extra

I paid ÂŁ115 for parking in short stay 2. Received the confirmation email to say it was all booked and paid for. Came back from holiday arrived about 2am, got to the car, got to the ticket barriers, put the ticket in and it said we owed about ÂŁ160 or more can't remember the exact amount and had not recognised that it had been paid. I can't understand how that can happen it's supposed to be number plate Recognition? So pressed the button for assistance, spoke to someone on the other end who after asking us some questions saw it had indeed been paid beforehand and raised the barrier for us. This has happened to us twice before, once it hadn't read the number plate properly and had 1 number or letter wrong so had to get that sorted another time when I had to go find someone as the button I was pressing nobody was answering. So that is 3 times that has happened to us and all in all the parking service really needs improving especially the license number plate recognition and also to automatically recognising when parking has been pre paid. The Airport itself is wonderful, cannot fault it.

Great airport although service has deteriorated in some areas. Booked the new Fast Track car park as my wife is disabled, great location but not a baggage trolley in sight, had to walk to the terminal to get one which defeated the purpose Booked assisted travel for my wife, it was chaotic, no one available at the desk, had to ring a number and just got told to make our way to gate 19. Got to gate 19 also posted as gate 16 to find total confusion with the disabled assistance side and a gate for a flight to Corfu no one know where they were going. We were not taken to the gate until after boarding commenced, normally we are put on first do as not to inconvenience other travellers. Not a great experience at a very high price.

Expensive. Pre paid but ticket didn’t work on the way out so I caused a bit of a queue and was quite embarrassed. Ended up walking to the terminal as courtesy bus wasn’t very regular
