We always use the car parking 3/4 times a year the prices are crazy now! Also what I would like to be able to do is book a disabled bay to park in. There was many cars parked there without a badge with really annoyed me.

Always book our airport parking in advance and never had a problem until my last visit in August. On our return I put the parking ticket into the machine on exit and was prompted to pay over £200 ...but this was quickly resolved after pressing the help button and speaking to operator who helped sort the error out. Would still pre-book direct but wish they would give bigger discounts to regular customers, lucky to get 10% off these days and parking isn't cheap anymore.

It's easy to book, but even with a discount code and booked in advance it's very expensive, often dearer than the flight.

Whenever i use the long term car park why is it never possible to get straight through the barrier without hassle.? We have a private reg plate but its registered when booked so what is the problem?

Booking a space was easy but extremely expensive - over £100 for 7 nights! When we arrived, the only way we could get through the barrier was to take a ticket - however when we tried to exit using this ticket a week later, it requested a fee of £175!! Luckily a quick call to the help desk found our booking and opened the barrier! Finding a space wasn’t easy as it was quite full already and we ended up parking quite a distance away so waited around 15 -20 minutes for the free shuttle which was also very busy. Unfortunately, on our return (1am) the bus was nowhere to be seen so we had to walk to our car - 2 adults (one who was unwell) 3 cases and a tired toddler in the pouring rain - this was not pleasant especially as we were parked so far away. At this point we felt that a taxi would have been a better option!! Anyway, the car was as we left it and we would probably use the car park again despite the down sides as it’s still the most convenient option for us living almost an hour away.

Had to get ticket to enter car park as system did not recognise my Belgium number plate. On exit had to speak to member of staff to let me out as again did not recognise my number plate. Handy location but system needs upgrading to read foreign number plates.

No problem arriving and car park had several spaces. Unfortunately when we were leaving the car park the ticket asked us to pay £525 at the barrier! It took a long time for the help button to be answered and we couldn’t find any other way of contacting anyone. Eventually the person who answered managed to find our reservation but he said that our registration was not on the system. Made for a more stressful experience than we had expected.

not a good visit this time, could not get out of short saty - machine said I owed £150 even though i had pre-paid, sat for 10mins waiting for the phone to be answered, to be told i had got my reg wrong on the booking form, i hadnt- i had it in front of me! later told the camera had read my reg incorrect on entry.... and dont get me started on the prices!! absolute disgrace! daylight robbery

Generally the parking experience is good but for a couple of grievances. Your number plate recognition failed and I had to call assistance. It does not appear to see a O rather than 0. My number plate ends 70OTV, however the font on the plate looks like 700TV. It would be more efficient if there was more info regarding full car parks and directions to empty spaces especially during busy periods.

Great place to park but had a problem trying to get out it wanted us to pay another £255 spoilt the end of a great holiday lucky we pressed for help it was resolved but it shouldn't have happened

Parking spaces in Short Stay 1 are just too small. I struggle to find a space I can get my qashqai into everytime I park there. The last time I parked there I had a problem at the exit in that I was asked to pay even though I had pre-booked and pre-paid. This was sorted out by using the call button, but this did take quite a while for someone to answer so I guess I wasn't the only one having problems.

On the whole good but the shuttle service could be a lot better . It is quite expensive for a family and adds quite a lot to their limited budget.

I have given three stars as parking was extremely expensive if you have no other options. The increase in cost has been disgraceful.

Good service with the bus picking you up from the parking lot and taking you straight outside the airport terminal. I think its very expensive though

It would have been 5 stars if it hadn't become so expensive. It used to be quite competitive (i.e. parking versus taxis) but now taxis there & back would be cheaper.
