“Big Car park, lots of options, with reasonable distances to the Terminal building, although the quickest and eaisest route was not always sign posted”

“Had issues this time in leaving the car park. I was asked for £370 for the period 4/10 to 13/10 when I had booked my car park space back in May. Normally I don't have any issues & often use Newcastle aiport car parking direct but for some reason I did this time.”

“First time using the service and overall no issues. Good communication with booking and emails. Check in was swift and reassuring and it was great keys were not taken abroad. Pick up was good, with no wait times and easy navigation to the car. Only a few miuntes walk to teh terminal, some of whih is under cover. Minor issue was the parking spaces were very tight and not easy to navigate out of. To clarify - you did not park the car yourself. Proce was a little steep especially in October, but I think all airport car parking is expensive.”

“Arriving in the dark about 4am I managed to take a wrong turn and landedup in the Short Stay. It took me some time to rectify this until I eventually found my way on foot to your drop off point. Here I was given instructions on how to extracate myself with charge from where my car was parked. I appreciate that the error was mine in the first place - but if driving alone in the dark it is not easy to follow the istructions given on the reservation confirmation. Once I was in the right place I have no complaints whatsoever about the service”

“Can get very busy at times, but since the last changes to security, it seems a lot better. The staff are much more pleasant than a few years ago, not shouting and being rude, as some were!”

“Very expensive parking at Newcastle Airport unless you get a deal. It is sometimes cheaper to book a hotel and parking! Public transport is not an option if you have a night flight. Short stay car park was ok.”
