Parking and security fine. Food not so good. Shops ok

Plenty of spaces, pathways a bit of a mismatch having to keep crossing sides to get to/from terminal but if you cut through other car parks you can shorten the journey.

Car park should have more lane markings to help locate vehicles. Often parked in dark and rain 2 weeks before.

Parking facility is fine and met our requirements. The cost however is a bit expensive. We will be looking at comparing hotel prices including on site parking as this may be a more viable option as the prices don't reflect the service you get when just parking your car.

Only issue we had was the car that was parked next to my vehicle was slightly at an angle and too close to mine which prevented me opening the drivers door. Not what you need at almost 10 at night and very cold.

Good service, however, when we collected our car it was a bit further away than expected, my wife has difficulty walking, but probably our fault for not leaving her disabled sticker

Good facilities and good service, as always as it has become bigger it doesn't have the personal feel it used to have but that is outweighed by the improvements in accessibility and facility

Doorstep parking in short stay car parks. Book early for best deals. However even when booked car there were few car parking spaces available not helped by cars parked over bay lines. On return in the early hours of the morning signage poor to return to short stay 2 car park and walkways not always covered. Terminal access and check in good. Security not too burdensome. Normal shopping opportunities and concourse busy with range of cafes, bars. Cleanliness of tables an issue at several venues Aspire lounge full on arrival; pre book to secure entry ( involves extra charge) Return flight led to waiting time at security gates /departure gates which had few facilities given Newcastle airport closure … aircraft when airborne had to lose time as Newcastle was not open - not good for sustainability as fuel being used Passport control required use of zig zag pathways even when no queues. Some passengers shouted at trying to avoid this … not a great welcome to the UK Baggage handling efficient and information clear

We recently used the parking facilities at Newcastle Airport, the car park was easy to find and conveniently, within easy walking distance of the terminal. The entry and exit procedures went without a hitch although the cost of over £100 for 7 days in October is excessive. On departure, the passage through security was relatively quick and straightforward, but the departure lounge was small and very busy. On our holiday return in the early hours, we found that there were only two baggage carousels, one of which had three flights using the same conveyor which caused the procedure to be chaotic.

Although we paid in advance we still went through wrong parking area and got a card which we had to stop in airport car park hut , just as well as we wouldn’t have got back out ?

Easy to find and easy to park. Far too expensive and if there were alternative parking options I would definitely look at them due to the price this car park charges. £14 a day is not a fair price to charge to park a car
