“The car parking at Newcastle Airport is easy to book and use. The car parks are nicely tarmaxed now. The only negative is the price. Since the car park areas have been upgraded the prices have more than doubled, making the cheaper option , to use a Taxi.”

“Bustling airport, drop off and pick up is now a problem. I usually use the parking when going on holiday which I find very good. Recently I needed to collect my daughter after a trip. What an absolute nightmare. Cars parked all over the approach as there is no waiting on site. Extremely poor for locals and visitors”

“Everyting is very good other than the car parking needs better mapping and area marking. Perhaps each bay having a row letter and bay number. it can be difficult to find your car in the dark.”

“Price to park is very expensive. I used a price comparison site and on this occasion got a discounted deal for booking direct with the airport, I only park here if on a short break and under £90, otherwise for us a taxi is cheaper. Car parks are in a good state. Buses run regularly and the drivers will wait if they see you've just parked up.”

“Parking service was first rate - pleasant, helpful staff with quick service. Nice airport but really bad shortage of seating! Getting charged £5 for dropping off or picking up is unfair to, the airport makes enough out of customers as it is once they are in airport!”

“Arrival very easy, plenty of spaces. Airport facilities are expensive, but very good. Journey through security was smooth an efficient. Slight criticism of the flight announcements being very difficult to hear. On exiting car park, sensor didn't recognise car reg, so had to insert card. We had to change our vehicle reg number about a week prior to trip, which was easy, but a confirmation email would have been gratefully received.”
