Have used this service for many years and it has always worked perfectly. We only use Newcastle airport to fly as we like the airport and services provided and we are able to drive there in 45 minutes to leave our car and start our holiday. One slight glitch this year was that on trying to exist the car park when I inserted my ticket, the machine reacted as if I had not prepaid for my 2 weeks parking and tried to charge me 312.00 for my stay. I pressed the help button and explained what was happening to the operator. He checked my registration which confirmed that I had already prepaid for my stay and lifted the barrier. All resolved quickly but did shock me at first. Mistakes happen but resolved quickly and will use the long stay parking again next year.

Easy to use parking and reasonably priced (unlike many!) Good facilities and easy through security etc. The only downside is the lack of space in the lounges - paying customers seem to get priortity over those of us who actually have a pass - and that's wrong!

Good parking facilities but arrived at 4am, approach was quite dark, struggled to see signage to short stay car park 2, would be better to be more illuminated. Also car parking is becoming quite expensive

Parking is quite expensive and our number plate was read incorrectly by the ANPR system, this lead it to ask for payment as if we had just pulled up and parked. Had to press the button for assistance. Note* if it does this, and this is the second time it’s happened, make sure you have your booking ref handy. Airport itself was actually disgusting, toilets were the worst I’ve seen in 30 years of going to this airport and the bar areas are simply not cleaned during busy times.

It's a good car park, easy to find a space and a short walk to the terminal, BUT prices have doubled over the last few years.

Everything ran smoothly from arriving at the airport car park to boarding the plane and taking off. On arrival again all smooth, passport control was quick and bags didn’t take too long to arrive. The only negative comment we had was the lack of seats available, throughout the airport. All in all was a good experience.

Great service Only problem is the last 2 times I've used it on check out at the barrier it asks for payment when I've already paid. So have to go over to the Booth.

Everything was perfect until we collected our vehicle to leave the car park.On entering the ticket to leave it requested I use my credit card to pay an amount of £370 for parking.This was after I had prepaid in full before my trip.Not good & delayed me whilst I sorted it out via the phone line.Some people might have mistakenly paid this at 2am in the morning whilst not fully compos mentis.

Good automated service. One issue with the car park short stay 1, the pedestrian exit close to the doubletree hotel. There is no access for suitcases, the parking bay next to the pedestrian exit should be designated no parking.

We always prepay our parking which does save you money. We do find that Newcastle airport carpark is very expensive compared to Leeds Bradford, this may be down to the lack of competition in the immediate area. The other issue we have is that even though we prepay the barrier does not let you out which means you have to contact the control room and give your booking details in order to get out. We do like using Newcastle airport car parks but you never receive any discount vouchers for been a regular and a price review is well overdue.

Sorry but the service is not quite as good as in has been in the past --awarkwardly parked car and the seat __please put it back where it was
