“Upon leaving the car park we were told that we needed to pay £65 to leave the car park even though we had at least 20 minutes left on the booking After speaking to the emergency they did let us out without needing to pay”

“Booked Short Stay 2 , 2 days before travel. Barrier opened immediately on arrival and departure. No problem finding a space but the transit path to terminal not plainly obvious from entrance or some parking spots. Trolleys available but scattered about . Being elderly I found the push to the terminal a little strenuous with a couple of kerbs to encounter with 4 pieces of luggage. Row markers would have been helpful mainly on return as took a little time to find car.. Not good if inclement weather. Exit direction signs could be better. Overall a good experience but room for improvement.”

“Airport is fine. Parking not cheap and a clearer way to identify the location of a parked car would be nice. Lounge fairly basic but I'd rather that than have to pay more.”

“Easy booking process with straight forward access to the car park. Good availabilty of parking place all within easy reach of bus shelters for transfer to the terminal. I would have given 5 starts but there has a long wait for the bus on my return (14.00 on 25th May) so four stars this time.”

“Always a good airport to fly from. Friendly, usually quick through security, although only 5 e passport gates. The main negative is the very expensive car parking.”

“Premium park and fly is so easy to use , great service! On the other hand £5 to actually just drop my family off which took 2 minutes is obscene!”

“Great parking with the premium meet and greet, my only criticism is lack of trolley bays to put the trolley back into, when you come home and the weather isn't always the best it's a right pain having to trek back up to the office area to offload the trolley, it's not ideal”

“I always book short stay 1 never had any issues. My only gripe is you need more disabled spaces. Rarely any available and finding a space near to check inside can be tricky. Other than that it's a good service”

“Meet and greet car park is very convenient for the terminal building. The staff are always friendly even when you book in early hours. The only negative is the cost seems to be rising all the time.”

“Easy to book online. Well signposted. A short 5 minute walk to terminal, including a gentle incline. Quick and easy to exit. Only criticism is that there are only 2 disabled parking bays.”

“Access and convenience to the airport are really good and are recommended. Charges are somewhat high for the facility but a discount was offered for the stay. The thing I was surprised with was that a 10% discount was offered to begin with and later a 15% discount but the final charge was exactly the same! That requires some explanation.”

“Always a great service, though my rear windows were partly down on collection, thankfully it wasn’t raining but I think some ev training wouldn’t go amiss for your drivers”
