After a great holiday I attempted to exit the car park with my pre-paid ticket but instead of the barrier opening it requested I pay £260.00 by credit/debit card. I re-inserted the ticket on three occasion but each time it was declined and the payment was requested. I then pressed the assistance button and after a long delay the barrier opened.
This was totally unacceptable when a pre paid ticket had already been purchased.
