No problem parking or getting to the terminal.
Leaving the terminal was another matter. I pre-booked yet the barrier wouldn't lit after inserting my ticket unless I paid £115. I tried calling customer services but as it was past 5pm they were closed.
I went to the park and fly office where a nice man checked my booking and after a few clicks on his computer says the ticket would now work. Which it did.
It was stressful as I was on my own and couldn't get through to customer services. Had there been a notice of some sort, I wouldn't have felt so isolated.
Definitely not a good experience.
