In the past we have had no problems on leaving the airport after prebooking.
However, twice this year we have had problems as our prebooking was not recognised which is annoying as we were returning from Vancouver and the second time when returning home after our flight was delayed and when trying leaving the airport at 5.30 am the member of staff took ages in replying when my husband was calling for help.
Also the car parking fees are rising it is now alot cheaper to travel by taxi which we will be looking at in the near future.
