No service! I have already been in contact with admin regarding this. The courtesy shuttle only operates for a limited time period at the moment, which means that most have a long slog from the long term park to the terminal. The 'short walk' stated on the website, is not so short when lugging bags. There are no trolleys in the car parks so if you have more than one piece of luggage...bad luck! Even when these buses are in operation, the intercom is manned by someone with no customer care training (i.e very rude). The car parks are mostly closed and the one featureless park in operation has no row numbers so unless you use an app, get ready for a long search to find your vehicle on return.

I've already sent you feedback re lack of shuttle bus at long term car park, I did this on 24th Feb. and as yet, have heard nothing back. In summary, my wife and I requested a shuttle bus just after 8am on 13th Feb. We were told "sorry, it stopped at 8am". How can you justify charging £94.99 to park for two weeks and provide no shuttle bus? My wife and I are both 66 and have good health and mobility, so were able to get to the terminal building unassisted. God knows what we would have done if: 1. Our mobility was not good. 2. We were a family with young children and multiple bags of luggage. 3. The weather was bad. This needs to be addressed, otherwise I won't be using the long term car park again. car parking not upto previous standards of park and ride - on arriving the car parks closest to the terminal were empty but closed! so parked some distance away with inclement wintry weather

Quite happy with the check in and security checks. However, we did pay the extra for our stay in the Aspire lounge. Honestly, don't bother, the food is very basic and quite tastless.

Car parking is usually great at Newcastle, close by and well organised but i was very angry when i pressed the 'help' button that the arrogant geordie that responded just shouted at me. I suggest you sack him

Arrived at Airport on a Friday afternoon with heavy rain. Very busy, barrier not giving out tickets and NO COURTESY BUS running hence had to walk to Airport building with cases in the rain. Cases soaked by the time we got there as my wife has difficulty walking and our clothes in the cases were damp on arrival at hotel in Tenerife. Had to go looking for bus on our return at 3am 10 days later so overall very disappointed with the whole experience.

Should be a great regional airport but fails on so many levels. From ridiculously overpriced parking (drop off to long stay), a baggage belt that always breaks down under load and has done for many years, grubby departure area, gloomy pier to/from gates and and grossly overpriced food and drinks. Lack of routes also lets the airport down with Jet2 dominating and thus charging over inflated prices to most popular destinations. I often feel ashamed of my local airport when arriving on an inbound flight. There are positives such as great security and immigration areas (efficient and polite staff), and a smart duty free area. First impressions at an airport are vital for our region as a whole. The management need to take a ride up the road to Edinburgh airport to get up to date with how an airport should be run.

Airport meet and greet was excellent. Newcastle Airport was disgraceful when we returned, litter down every corridor,food trodden into carpets looked as tho been ghere weeks,toilets filthy where are the cleaners....

I normally use newcastle airport once a month and find when heading through airport on outward journey everything is good check in /security bars and snack bars but everytime on return the security is terrible and slow e machines never work ( for myself ) and staff are not helpfull when told about problem eventually when you get to collect cases waiting time is terrible not good enough

Everything was very smooth for our recent trip except after our return flight landed at Newcastle airport, I went to the meet and greet to collect my car and it wasn't there, I had a 40 min wait at 2.30am which I could have done without after returning from Cyprus. I don't believe that I got the service I paid for.

Disgustingly expensive - £125 for 13 days. Nothing wrong with the service, just that the pricing strategy is pure greed, and I'm sure you could make a decent profit margin without absolutely fleecing the general public.

The airport car park was so busy we couldn’t find a space. Cars were parked/abandoned all over the place and the drive through roads were obscured at times. Took us 30mina to park and cost just under £200 which is by far the most expensive I’ve paid for airport parking.
