“Would have been 5 stars, but because of the costs to park compared to other airports. I’m sure the airport will argue otherwise, but Manchester was £30 cheaper if I was to fly from that city…. However, the service Newcastle offered was very, very good, and on the whole was without incident”

“Simple straitforward car parking booking, and drop off system. Should really look at loyalty program for frequent users for discounts, rather than emails with discount code after you have already booked. Prices inside for services (food / drink) are getting higher, but no different to other airports. Quieter than bigger airports, and better for it.”

“I have used Newcastle Airport Meet And Greet parking service many times and you never fail to deliver an excellent service. The process is simple. The staff are delightful. It is a really good service for people of my age who are arriving late or perhaps leaving early. I would like to sync that regular users could maybe have a discount or perhaps a loyalty card. I must say, the staff are always very attentive thank you for a very good service”

“Paid for Short Stay 2, I have parked here previously without a problem. This time turning up in good time to park, get to the terminal & get checked in Etc. But.... After spending almost 20 mins driving around in circles trying to find a space in Short Stay 2 with several other customers aimlesly driving around looking to get parked too things started to get a little tight time wise & I was stressing out. Several other people had taken to parking in non designated areas as a matter of necessity so as I was getting desperate I had no other alterative than to park on the grass (as per attached Jpeg). My partner & I walked with our cases to the kiosk to inform the two guys in the office of what I had done, I was assured I'd be ok there. So then we rushed off to the terminal stressed & late, not really the start you want to your joiurney.”
