“We arrived a day late after our return flight was cancelled. Emailed Newcastle airport parking asking how much extra we had to pay and the procedure for paying. I was delighted to hear that I did not have to pay extra. I was also given clear instructions on how to exit the airport. An excellent service. Many thanks.”

“We had 3 of our flights cancelled hence we were 2 days late. My daughter rang and guy said don't worry we don't charge you as it's not your fault. We got charged £24!”

“Easy quick and efficient way to park at Newcastle Airport. I’m partially disabled and I use this parking area every time. The staff are always pleasant and polite too.”

“Living quite a distance away from the airport, the car is the best form of transport for me. The fact that I can park right outside of the airport entrance door is a great help as I also have mobility issues. Booking was very easy as was the parking & departure at the end of my holidy”

“Arrived back early hours and machine at exit tried to charge £165 even though we had pre-booked. Swiftly rectified in the office but not what you need at that hour when you just want to get home. On the positive. The long stay is close to the terminal and can easily be walked to. It’s reasonably priced.”

“On my return a range rover was parked so close to the dirvers door the i couldn't open it. I had to get in via the passenger door.. Not good and then manoeuvre our of my v tight space v carefully. My car is a mini.”

“All car parks are well sign posted and easy to find. I have never struggled to find a space in all visits. There is a bus service from the parks to the terminal but it is not reliable and I usually end up walking. Make sure to note which section you are parked to easily find your car upon return”
