“Every time I’ve used your service it has been brilliant, the only problem I had was when we were coming out, our card wouldn’t work, I called it to your office and it took 10 mins for it to get sorted, meanwhile, the other barriers wouldn’t open either, but I suppose it happens from time to time, will definitely use your service again”

“One of the best airports I use. It is fair to say that I do fly alot and therefore see a number of airports around he world. I find Newcastle, one of the easiest to use, although the A1 journey to it, is a bit of a challenge!”

“Service at the desk was very professional and welcome. A little dissappointed that on collection my vehicle which was quite a small vehicle was parked extremely close to a large white van and not easy to manouvre it out of the space due to another large vehicle behind it. Vans maybe should be parked all together in one section to make the experience easier for car owners.”

“Followed directions to a parkable place it was the furthest away that we’ve ever had to park but bus came soon we walked back on return as it was midnight and we couldn’t see a bus”
