“We love the airport itself, easy check in process and security. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Our only negative experience this time was not being able to sit anywhere and have a coffee as everywhere was packed. Our flight was at 6am. With having an injured knee this was uncomfortable for me. We may look at booking the lounge next time to avoid this in the future.”

“THE PARKING IS GOOD WITH A GOOD BUS SERVICE. hOWEVER AROUDN EVERY THIRD VISIT I FIND THE BARRIER ASKS FOR PAYMENT DEPSITE BEING PREPAID AND THIS RESULTS IN A VIST TO THE OFFICE TO GET THE BARRIER OPEN.”

“Very easy to book, most of the time good deals on. Easy to park. I once had a problem, the car number plate was not recognized on my way out. they sorted it out without a problem instantly. That is correct service. Well done to the hard working staff.”

“The meet and greet, start to finish, is a fantastic service and every time the service used the staff front of house or outside are a credit to you as an airport. The only negative, remains the price we pay for the service - as on average I use the service three times a year, albeit by choice. I am realistic, but its unjustifiable to see the increases over the last five years as an example in my opinion only. Overall, this shouldnt over shadow the excellent service by the staff who excel each time we use the service.”

“Overall the service has been very good over the many occasions when we have parked at the airport. Booking is simple and only once have we had difficulty with the automated number plate recognition system when leaving. That was quickly resolved by staff assistance. Our biggest gripe is that there are too few blue badge spaces and not once have we managed to obtain one. It would help to be able to reserve and at least you would know none are available for the dates required. Having to park at an extreme point of a car park makes it largely pointless to have paid extra for the premium or short stay parks as walking distances are similar to long stay. More blue badge spaces and/or control of their use would be a great improvement to the otherwise good service.”
