“Multiple parking options. I use parking at Newcastle Airport several times per year and it is always straightforward. I have used the free drop off in Short Stay 2, the £5 drop off at the terminal and more often the long stay parking. There are courtesy buses from Long Stay to the terminal which I don't need to use as I'm usually happy to walk the 10 minutes or so when in the Long Stay parking. The prices, like all airports, are expensive in my opinion but we're a captive audience. I'm willing to pay for the convenience and security of parking at the airport and not rely on public transport which is available but takes much longer. I average £90-£100 for my 5-7 day parking and factor that into my holiday expenses. Steep when you compare it against maybe a £25 flight with Ryanair but it is what it is!!”
