“Very busy on arrival with luggage belt not working. Had to queue on stairs for security which wasn't ideal. Long stay carpark easy walk.”

“A huge car park close to the terminal. Took a while to find a space but eventually found one close to one of the bus stops. A bit of confusion as the sin in the bus shelter says to ring for a bus but when I did the response was that u didn't need to.”

“The best Meet & Greet of any UK Airport I've flown from! When they say " a short walk to the Terminal & Check In" they are spot on, a very short walk indeed! Leave the car in the line, unload, a few steps to the Check In counter, out the other side, cross the access road, and you're in! Similar on the return pickup, car is never more than a short stroll to where it's parked. Condition of the car is also as dropped off too, obviously been parked in a safe clean area while you've been away. Meet & Greet charges are only slightly more than standard parking, so why wouldn't you!”

“We have used the Meet And Greet Service several times, and it is always a great experience. Friendly staff, no queues, a 2 minute walk to check in. A relaxed start to our holiday, knowing our vehicle is safe.”

“Absolutely fantastic parking at Newcastle Airport, easy entrance to car park and easy to park in spot where I wanted to be. And on leaving the car park it was east, just drove up to the barrier and it opened, Absolutely a breeze.”

“We use meet and greet about 4 times a year brilliant service staff amazing and location spot on, But every time is around the 99 to 105 amount but recent in June 3 days to Portugal it was 178 nearly doubled over 2 weeks in may really took a shine off a brilliant service, already booked for Oct and February 2027 both around the 100 mark , so why was 3 day's in June so expensive.”

“Now only use 'Meet and Greet' which works very well for me. Easy access and egress, simple booking system, pleasant reception staff. Big benefit is ability to cancel and rebook if flights etc. change. Haven't yet used the check in machines.”

“Booked short stay car park for 1 week on line,instructions and directions given via email. On arrival car park directions were very well shown. Amble parking spaces available for blue badge holders. No problem with exit on return.”
