“Over the many years of using the airport car park I have only had one issue when I could not book into short stay 1. When I have had to contact the customer support from abroad on a few occasions, I have found their response to be very prompt and extremely helpful. On a negative I find the fees quite expensive and would suggest better lighting at the exit barriers (particularly short stay 1) so you can see any instructions and the payment key pad without the need to shine a torch on these when dark.”

“Easy to use and easy to book. I also got fast track. My flight was delayed and as long as I didn’t leave the car over midnight into the next day, there was no further charges”

“Carpark is secure and staff are helpful. My parking ran out at 8pm but i was not able to leave airside until after 8pm. It was not clear if I had any wiggle room so had to try and rush down to long stay carpark. No bus was there and tried to walk down as no bus at terminal (Don't walk no pedestrian access as i found out !). It was OK in the end but no clarity on how long you have if plane is running late. Everything else is positive about Newcastle airport”
