“Only got 4 stars because when we came to exit car park machine said we owed £480 even though paid and within our dates and times registered. This resulted in having to reverse car out people other travellers exit and go into office. Issue was dealt with efficiently but at 2 am in morning could really do without hassle.”

“We arrived in the terminal at 4am. Even though it was very busy the whole experience was very positive from going through security to having a nice coffee and croissant and then proceeding to our boarding gate. Our return journey was equally positive. From disembarking the plane to baggage collection and security we were out of the terminal in approximately 15 minutes!”

“We used the premium and the spaces are a little bit wider, because the spaces are limited we found one as soon as we drove in, thats what you want when going on holiday hassle free parking and straight to the terminal. It's our go to parking space from now on.”

“I prefer the convenience of leaving car at Airport when travelling however in the 20+ years of doing so the prices are now extortianate the car parks are no better small spaces packed together and could defintely do with a resurface and weed/bush/tree maintenance”

“Parking - signing within car parks is poor. Each lane or parking space should be individually signed or numbered to make the location of the vehicle easier to locate. Lighting is poor and charges expensive. The Airport takes advantage of it's monopolistic position. Departure area - Too few seats and too many catering outlets. Crowd circulation is poor due to current layout.”
