“You need to reinstate the free pick up and drop off. It is ridiculous having to pay 4 pounds to pick up or drop someone off.”

“I had pre-booked and paid for parking in the long stay car park but when we tried to exit the car park at around midnight on putting in our ticket we were asked to pay £600!! We weren't the only people that this was happening to. Very fortunately the office beside the barriers was open and staffed with a very helpful man who checked our booking and raised the barrier for us.”

“Unfortunately there are too few Disabled Bays meaning a search to find a space, which is often a long walk away, involving pulling a case to and from the terminal buildings. The other major complaint I have as someone who now walks with the aid of sticks, is the endless long up and down the rows before getting to the Passport Control - yet there is no 'fast track' for those of us who can't walk for long stretches, yet prefer to stay mobile & not ask to be pushed around. Also there are too many staff standing round talking to each other”

“I use this meet and greet service every time I travel and has never been a problem, however this time in return was greeted with rude staff and as a disabled person usually the staff bring my car to the door if it’s a long way from reception, on this occasion they not only refused but completely ignored further requests. I shall seriously reconsider using this service again.”

“I understand that this review was regarding the car parking and not the airport in general. The car parking is passable. Ob occasion I have found it hard to find a sapce in the open parking areas. Last time I parked the automatic barrier was broken and I tried oiver and over ti get a ticket before finally claling for help. If it's broken, put a sign on the damn thing or even better put a cone in the lane until it is fixed. The bus service is rather ad hoc and many people just walk instead, essentially the bus service even from Long Stay is broken and adds little value, there needs to be a more predicatble service. However, by far the worst thing about the car parkig is before you even get there. The online booking is truly awful. I have already raised it, but never got a reply.”
