“Brilliant service and friendly and helpful staff at all times of the day, even during early hours of the morning. Car never travels far, most I have had on the clock on my return has been around half to three quarters of a mile. My only complaint is that I am disabled and my husband is 83 and despite requests my car has never been left close to reception for me to collect. I pay for this service as we cannot walk from the other car parks.”

“There was no problem with parking however when we left and put the ticket into the exit barrier it said to place in your card and pay fee of £610. I was absolutely baffled as I had already paid on booking and began to think I had parked in the wrong car park. I pushed the button to speak to someone and after a short while a voice said ok you can leave??? Surely this shouldn't happen - it was a shock to think I had to pay £610 at the end of my holiday to be able to leave the car park.”

“I always use long stay car park and do not have a problem. However when we arrived home from a Carribean cruise, we picked up the car, drove to the barrier, it kept our ticket and said I owed Over £400 in parking fees, as you can imagine after a very long night flight we were shattered and this was not what we wanted at 9.00am.I had to get out car go to the car parking office and provide proof of my confimation of my payment. I hope this never happens again how can this happen?”
