“Its easy to access and use. However changing the drop off rules has annoyed me as are the red double yellow lines. My loyalty as a local airport has been removed and i will focus on price only going forward.”

“You ned to provide a free drop and collect place within a reasonable distance of the termonal. Those of us living in remote Northumberland do not ahve public transport as an option”

“I prepaid for car parking in short stay 1. On leaving the car park the barrier didn't lift and indicated that I needed to pay £330. I pressed the buzzer and must have caught the attendant in a bad mood. The barrier was eventually lifted but only after I could produce the booking reference. This is the second time this has happened. Always make sure you have the booking reference with you”

“Excellent service from the cheeful Meet and Greet staff. Our flight was cancelled after 10 hours and they sorted out retrieving our car quickly from storage.”
