“We love traveling though NCL, from the ease and speed of check in, to speedy and friendly security, to the shops and restaurants. Always a great experience! Looking forward to many future trips.”

“I’ve given a 4* review because the parking at £112 (discounted) for two weeks, off peak - is outrageously expensive. However airport check in and security was quick and easy. There was a singer performing in the departure lounge - which was very loud for early morning. The duty free was well stocked with offers, and had plenty of options for food and drink.”

“If I am rating Newcastle airport then I give it 5. Excellent assistance given. If I am reviewing the inappropriately named meet and greet service then I give 0. We were neither met not greeted. We were told, at midnight, our car was "down there" with a vague hand gesture. The car park was icebound and the car was still iced despite there being a disabled badge prominently displayed. Given how much I was charged I am very disappointed with the standard of service received compared to any other airport I have used.”

“Airport parking in short stay 2 is in reasonable distance to the airport.However the cost of parking even with a discount is so expensive.We have just booked parking in short stay 2 for 5 days in February and it was £76 even with a 20% discount.Outrageous prices. Need to review your prices or we may have to look at other options.”
