“V good parking place and easy access to main building.. BUT WE HAD TO WAIT OVER 35 MINUTES AFTER PASSPORT CONTROL FOR OUR LUGGAGE TO ARRIVE ON THE BELT. WE HEARD ONLY 2 PEOPLE WORKING DOWNSTAIRS! That was v poor!”

“Always manage to park next to a bus stop so it's so simple to get into the terminal as my husband cannot walk very far. Not a bad price either!”

“Used the meet and greet parking which was excellent, friendly and helpful staff. Check in with Easyjet was easy. Unnecessary long track through a labyrinth at security ( don't understand why this can't be adjusted at quieter times) had to remove all phones and I pads for extra screening which completely negates the advantage of leaving them in the bag. Used the Bar11 which was quiet good. Apart from security everything was fine.”

“On returning to my vehicle on 06/12/25 I found the battery on my vehicle was flat. The key fob would not even allow me entry to get my cold weather clothing. I returned to the parking office to explain my situation. There I met Graham. He was an absolute marvel. He checked my fob. He took me back to my vehicle and managed to get my engine running. But the alarm continued to activate. He escorted me back to the office and was able to reset my alarm. I was able to continue on my journey back to cumbria. Graham, was calm, friendly and extremely efficient. He gave me sound advice for my journey home and ensured that I was confident that I could proceed with the journey. This is an excellent service and Graham was brilliant I cannot thank him enough.”
