“Great airport, parking is excellent, good value. Literally a 2 minute walk with cases to departure. Efficient, straight through normally, the new scanners are excellent, they save so much time. Staff are always helpful. Definitely one of the best airports in the UK or EU. If you want a comparison, go to Innsbruck, that is a really, really bad airport, nothing works! :)”

“We used short stay parking at the airport and it was seamless. Paid in advance, number plate recognition made it incredibly easy in and out. Check in was simple and good selection of food and drink outlets for breakfast. Bought some bits in the shops then boarded on schedule. No complaints here.”

“A great service as long as the prices remain reasonable! Only complaint i have i was unable to contact any employee to notify them of our short notice flight cancellation in the early hours, had to wait for daytime hours which fortunately we were able to do on this occasion”

“We enjoy using Newcastle Airport for our trips to Europe. The staff are always friendly and helpful particularly the drivers on the shuttle bus and during security screening and during security screening in the terminal. Arranging parking is simple and spaces are usually easy to find. Also I prefer the security of booking parking with the airport operator. We were disappointed on our recent journey in March to find the seating area outside the Aspire lounge had been removed. This was a quiet area which we preferred to the hustle and bustle of the main departure area upstairs. We hope the closure is only temporary.”

“As a regualr user of the airport i usually use the meet and greet, but then i saw that one of the offers was the short stay car park for less price so decided to use this for this trip-although i had to drive around to find a space there were plenty and parked near to a footpath so an easy walk to the departures, and of course not far when we returned.”
