“Barrier failed to open and Tried to recharge us. This was Very stressful as the height of the ticket ma home is too high and when it fail you have to reverse back in a que of traffic, the staff sorted it out but this is not what you want at the end of your holiday!!”

“One of the easiest airport parking ever to navigate around never had any issues I literally park up an leave my car there is a bus to take you to terminal but even the furthest long stay paring is only a 10 minute walk and I don’t mind the walk.”

“On leaving the Exit on friday I put my ticket into the machine. The barrier didnt raise & it displayed I owed £280 !!! I contacted the help & said I had prepaid but I was told to reverse to get it sorted, then to go back to the barrier. Something was said about the 25th?? Very upsetting as I didnt have the funds to get out,then I was told to remove ticket so they would lift the barrier. Not great when travelling & tired then made to panick !”

“Simple and easy to use. It was our third time using short stay 2 for an 12 day trip. The car was very close to the terminal , which was brilliant, particularly arriving back after 2am. We will use again!”
