“Good service but signage could be better improved we we’re I area G but G is quite big so found it hard to find my car . Just thought but overall good service”

“Easy booking. Well signposted parking and shuttle bus stops well placed in the parking areas. Shuttle bus service was excellent for us - very pleasant, friendly and helpful drivers. Cost of parking always adds a lot to the holiday and we love too far away to use local transport.”

“The meet and greet parking service is as it says on the can first class. drive in drop off and 100m to the check in desk. friendly staff to greet you and help you. all in all spot on. and organised fast track security stars.!!”

“I have rated 5 star however, i used car park 15th March 2026 then again 8th to 19th June 2026. When we inserted our ticket on both occations the barrier did not lift and said we owed £400 on each occasions. Both times I had to get out car and go into the office. Not great after plane journey and arriving early hours of the morning, causing stress. It happened to all 3 exits on the latter occation. Can you please advise what the problem was and I hope it doesnt happen again as I have further bookings this year .”
