“Pre booked and paid for my parking in January for a holiday in June using Short Stay 2. When we returned the exit gate wanted me to pay £330 to leave. The machine also retained my ticket. Thought we were alone in this predicament but others began to have problems. Your employee in the office began to dispute our booking, until others began to arrive at the office. He eventually had to open the gate and allow everyone out (the queue was building up by then) unchecked! Just one other point. I find your website difficult and not easy to navigate. Probably needs to be be brought up to today’s requirements.”

“I am appalled at the lack of disabled parking at the airport. I paid to use Short Stay 2 Car Park however there are only 2 Disabled Bays so had the inconvience of having to use standard bay which was totally unsuitable. In hindsight I would have been better off using Long Stay Car Park to be able to access Disabled Bay. Plus it probably would have been closer to airport terminal. Newcastle airport is not disabled friendly.”

“Always a good service, shuttle bus is brilliant and never have to wait long. Prices have gone up maybe a bit too much in recent years however, but we still find it preferable.”

“Airport parking went very smoothly. Would have been a five star review if it was not for the expense of parking which is very expensive. And for most people it is now cheaper to get a taxi each way to the airport.”

“When I picked up the car the car seat settings had been reset. Rather than just manually change the seat setting they had reset my programmed setting. It was after midnight and dark and we had had a stressful day and it was very difficult to get the seat into a comfortable condition. Also we found the headlight setting had been altered and I could hardly see the road infront of me. We had to stop the car on the dual carriageway and adjust it.”
