“They're always a very helpful team at Newcastle parking. When our return flight was delayed I emailed asking what happens with the ticket which would expire before we arrived the next day. Within a few minutes we received a reply setting out the available options from a real human being! When we got home we could pay the additional £12 at the exit gate, job done !”

“Over priced Parking. Over priced drop offs. Historically scruffy eating and drinking places with tables not cleared but better this year. Absolutely minimal signage in Car Park to locate your car upon arrival, especially at night, further reference points needed.”

“Shuttle bus wasn't running waited ages then had to walk from stand 15 long stay to terminal and also return journey with my 84 year old nan which was annoying other than that the car was safe and secure.”
