“Easy and straightforward to use, with good access and clear organisation. However, the parking is very expensive, and there are no really viable alternative options near the airport, so it doesn’t feel like much of a choice. Would be good to see pricing reviewed or better value offered.”

“Easy booking and parking with informative choice. Really struggling with website and membership however as can never log in a second time without resetting password. Would also suggest a loyalty scheme with membership rewards”

“I actually cancelled the car parking and booked an airport hotel for half the price! Newcastle airport has to be the most expensive for parking since the likes of callerton finished. I try to avoid parking there whenever possible. I love the airport though.”

“Cost is ridiculous. Manchester and Edinburgh far cheaper. Half the area cordoned off closer to terminal making walking distance excessive. Buses are not regular enough. How can this cost be justified”
