“How come after landing and picking up my car from the parking lot that was booked for the correct date of departure, the terminal showed me that I had to pay 750 pounds and at that moment you screwed up my return from holiday?”

“Airport, staff and facilities are fantastic. Food and drink prices reasonable. Quick and easy check in. Arrival process relatively quick too. Info boards and tannoys are updated regularly. Only issue is price of car parking - most expensive outside of London!”
