“I prepaid for car parking in short stay 1. On leaving the car park the barrier didn't lift and indicated that I needed to pay £330. I pressed the buzzer and must have caught the attendant in a bad mood. The barrier was eventually lifted but only after I could produce the booking reference. This is the second time this has happened. Always make sure you have the booking reference with you”

“Excellent service from the cheeful Meet and Greet staff. Our flight was cancelled after 10 hours and they sorted out retrieving our car quickly from storage.”

“DROP OFF PARKING. A really good option for those wanting slightly more time to drop off or pick up passengers. And of course, just when you think you've found an airport with a system that is reasonable they decide to change it! It appears that we'll have to use a drop of system at the park and ride about a mile away and then passengers will get a bus to the airport. The old saying "If it ain't broken don't fix it" applies here. Hope the new system is as good as the current one!”

“We are both in our 70s and have used the service for a few years now . Booking online was easy as I’m not that good doing online stuff. We have to use the shuttle bus now which is great as mobility is not as it was . We find the whole process works very well for us.Exiting the airport is also straightforward. Happy with the ease of it and will continue to use this while we are still able to holiday abroad. Was concerned booking a while ago as the bus is not mentioned on the website so people may think it is no longer running and that the only way to get to the terminal is walk . Maybe the bus could be highlighted as some people may need too kniw the bus is still running”
