“Parked in short stay1prepaid, when I got to exit it asked for £330 to get out after 1 week, the operative sorted it out and said he didn’t know why it had happened , it’s not the first time it’s happened to me, other than that it’s great.”

“We got a last minute deal to fly out of Newcastle. We booked the Meet & Greet airport parking only 1 hour before we were due to arrive. Everything was organised on arrival and the process couldn’t have been easier from parking, dropping off our car keys at reception and make our short walk to the Departures. Everything went smoothly on our early morning return to the Meet & Greet reception at Newcastle Airport. I would highly recommend travelling from Newcastle”

“Premium Meet & Greet parking very slick and easy to use. Airport check-in (Jet2) smooth & quick as always. Security straightforward with minimal wait time. Easy to get seat in food court, breakfast served very quickly. All good!”

“Always use the Meet and Greet service and staff are always polite and genuinely care. Only downside now using this service is on return, you're handed your keys and are told where your car is parked whereas before it was always right outside the desk waiting for you. We wish it was still like that especially when travelling in winter when the car is icy.”

“Very good, i would recomend to anyone! Only 4 stars because when i went to put my exit ticket into out gate there is a big gap that my ticket fell through, the stress i felt at that time was great indeed! I saw a worker and asked him how to in touch , as there is no comunication available at the gate, like a help button. I was told the box is maned and they would sort it out, the lad in the box sorted it out very quickly, but the stress caused by that gap was extreme! Is there any chance you can get people in normal cars to go through the machines and processes to correct fundamental mistakes in function and positioning? I am a work flow, time and motion, manual handling, job evaluation city & guild trained analyst. There are things that could improve your system to 5 star with little alteration. thom_barry@hotmail.com”

“We love everything about parking at Newcastle Airport - it is easy to book, best prices booking directly, a good choice of where you want to choose to park whether long stay or short stay. We tend to choose Short Stay 1 as my husband's mobility is poor and he is a wheelchair user, not so far for me to push the chair and luggage to the Departures. Everything has always worked well for us. Thank you for excellent service.”

“Long stay is very handy, but I only use if there is discounts. When it's full price it's cheeper to get a hotel. Finding your car at night is a nightmare ! So better signage would help. Also consider customers wheeling trollers or suitcases. Curbs and poor services !”

“Long stay carpark busy but still able to find a parking place easily. Pick up bus ideal to transport us to the main airport building. No problems on return and exit to the carpark. We always use this system and find it very easy and convenient. Thank you for being there.”
