I booked Medium Stay Parking for a short break I was taking with my Wife. On arrival at Newcastle we found that the Medium Stay was full, we ended up in the Medium Stay over spill Car Park, a lot further from the Terminal. When we arrived back at Newcastle we found the only exit from this Car park was closed with a locked barrier. A sign on the barrier advised me to ring from a phone in the Bus Stop. When I eventually got a response I was advised by the attendant that he didn't have anyone available to unlock the barrier, but there was a big gap in the boundary fence I could drive through!! All in all not a good experience, considering the high charges made for the service.
