We booked online. We were caught by the cameras entering the 15 minutes free parking, to leave people and cases, before entering the long stay parking.
This meant that we were asked to pay again on the way out after a week, staff at the office were able to sort it all out. One lady member of staff was a bit rude.
They told us to use the courtesy bus instead, but in our experience they are never there when you need them, easier to walk.
We might continue using parkandgo in the future to avoid this problem (cheaper and you get cashback).
