This is the second time ive used the parking while being on holiday and both times having paid upfront I get to the barrier to leave and put my ticket into the machine only to be told its not recognised.
In the early hours of the morning after a long flight I don't want to have to go into the office and looked at as though I'm a fraud and shouldn't be there.
Asked to produce proof of purchase of carparking and then told that its not their fault but mine because I have a personalised number plate and the camera doesn't recognise them.
Please get this sorted. I give my number on purchase it photographs it on entry it should be recognised.
