I had to use a different vehicle to the one I had originally booked online with. I changed the details online before I travelled to the airport and printed out my new confirmation letter.
Upon my return I could not exit the Car Park. I had to call for assistance. I was told that the car number was not recognised. Eventually my booking was found under the original car number. The opertaor siad he had no knowledge of the change of vehicle.
Please make sure your system updates where it is supposed to do. This is why I have given the rating as poor.
Otherwise I have no issues with your service.
