Problem getting out of the carpark and was accused of keeping the ticket near mobile phone thus making the magnetic strip invalid!
The ticket was placed in a plastic folder immediately and there it stayed all holiday!
This is the second time that this has happened at Newcastle when trying to exit the carpark
On the return journey also had a long wait for the bus
