Booked on line, printed out booking reference (thankfully stored it in the car).
Entered car park took kiosk issued ticket and parked, no problem. Returned from holiday and when trying to leave car park inserted ticket barrier wouldn't rise. Had to call for help and quote booking reference - and was greeted with did you insert your ticket! barrier had to be remotely raised. hmmmm
