Despite the assurance of a bus being available to pick us up from the long stay car park there was none available that morning between 5.40 -6.00am. We did try and use the telephone to alert that we needed picking up but got no answer. Accordingly both my wife and I had to drag our suitcases from the far end of the long stay car park to the airport terminal. This was rather exhausting especially since I had just been discharged from Hospital and I was not feeling fit enough to carry suitcases very far. On our departure from the car park our ticket, that was pre paid did not work through the barrier so we had to park up and make way to the car park office. We were presented with an attendant that didn't care she had to look up our details and then authorise the ticket for the barrier. At no time did she apologise for the inconvenience. So overall not a very pleasant experience and I shall not be using this service again.
