On leaving the car park with my pre paid ticket my husband finds that an outstanding fee of £197.00 was due to be paid! We had to go to the office where the lady couldn't find our info, had to get my documents from the car return only to be told ah we found them just as you left. Bearing in mind the only thing anybody wants to do is get home without any hassle!!! There were 4 others at the time and the explanation was it was our fault as driving through,the camera must not have picked up our registration. So next time do we have to stop traffic to make sure we have been seen. Mind we have stayed in this car park for years and this is the first time we have had a problem to grumble about.
