I have used this facility twice now. Its very easy to book online and pay your money. You turn up at the parking, grab your ticket and park. (Very Good so far) When you return, you get in your car, drive to the exit and insert your ticket. The system is supposed to recognise your car reg, then open up the barrier. On both occasions the barrier rejected my ticket, on one occasion asked me for my credit card again to pay more. Both occasions I was within my booked time slot for leaving. The system doesn't work in my expereince. I was left with irate customer beeping at me late at night while I sat at the barrier and pressed the 'Help' button. On both occasions, after confirming my booking number and name etc, the operator opened the barrier and I was on my way. If they fix the EXIT bit so it works then I'd give it a VERY GOOD.
