Booking, payment, entry all no problem. Came back to car to find huge scratches along door. Reported it, came back inconclusive as cameras don't cover everywhere. This is unacceptable, why bother having cameras? They need to cover the whole car park to be effective. The prices are expensive. CCtv is not too much to ask. It would give customers like me a chance to recoop damages.
