It was ok until we returned to our vehicle after our holiday as my car would not start. We went to the main office onsite to ask for help i.e a set of jump leads. We were told there was none and we at that point we're going to have to get the metro home to Washington to bring another vehicle over. One of your drivers of the buses stopped and informed us that there was definitely help available via 3 power packs for problems like this. We went back to office and asked again only to be now informed that they were extremely busy and would get to us as soon as possible. We had been at the side of the road now for approx 2 hours and the car was not in a very good area it was on the bus route because we had tried to jump it earlier.. I had 2 kids in my car who at this point were exhausted. After about 2 and a half hours of sitting in the car a van pulled up with a power pack and hooked it up to my car and it started straight away. If we were told at the beginning about this power pack we could have been home 2 hours earlier.
