The booking and information delivered was clear and straightforward.
The only problem was on return where the ticket did not allow automatic exit even though all information suggested it would - so I had to go into the office for validation, but as I had my reference number on my phone that was quick and painless.
My only complaint is I used a Debit Card to pay but as it was a Mastercard the selection option meant I was charged a credit card fee.
